Vad h\u00e4nder nu?<\/strong>
\nEfter att du fyllt i alla uppgifter i formul\u00e4ret p\u00e5 skoda.se\/ansokan2020\/<\/a> g\u00e5r vi igenom alla ans\u00f6kningar och g\u00f6r v\u00e5rt urval genom att l\u00e4sa era motiveringar och formul\u00e4rsvar. Vi letar inte bara efter starka cyklister utan motiverade, trevliga m\u00e4nniskor med de egenskaper som bidrar till en bra lagk\u00e4nsla. Vidare letar vi ocks\u00e5 efter en bra mix mellan tjejer och killar samt geografisk- och \u00e5ldersm\u00e4ssig spridning.<\/p>\n

Vad inneb\u00e4r det att cykla med er?<\/strong>
\n\u0160koda Cycling Team kommer att cykla V\u00e4tternrundan med tidsambitionen Sub 8, dvs under 8 timmar. I teamet v\u00e4ntar redan 15 starka ambassad\u00f6rer som vi valt ut f\u00f6r att hj\u00e4lpa dig att n\u00e5 detta m\u00e5l. Bland dessa finner du bland annat den tidigare proffscyklisten Fredrik Kessiakoff. F\u00f6rutom bra cyklister har vi \u00e4ven ordnat s\u00e5 att du f\u00e5r hj\u00e4lp av tr\u00e4nare, fysiologiska tester, utrustning, f\u00f6ljebil samt extra support som f\u00f6rel\u00e4sningar och st\u00f6d. Allt f\u00f6r att du ska bli s\u00e5 bra du kan bli och k\u00e4nna dig som ett proffs f\u00f6r en s\u00e4song.<\/p>\n

Varf\u00f6r g\u00f6r \u0160koda det h\u00e4r?<\/strong>
\nVi p\u00e5 \u0160koda \u00e4lskar cykling och har sponsrat sporten i mer \u00e4n ett decennium. I Sverige \u00e4r vi huvudsponsor till V\u00e4tternrundan och v\u00e5ra internationella kolleger sponsrar bland annat Tour de France och La Vuelta a Espa\u00f1a. Och faktum \u00e4r att v\u00e5r historia b\u00f6rjar med en cykel. V\u00e5ra grundare Vaclav Laurin och Vaclav Klement tillverkade sin f\u00f6rsta cykel i hemstaden Mlada Boleslav i Tjeckien 1895. P\u00e5 samma adress ligger fortfarande huvudkontoret och det \u00e4r h\u00e4r vi bygger en del av de miljoner bilar vi varje \u00e5r s\u00e4ljer v\u00e4rlden \u00f6ver.

Vad kr\u00e4vs av mig?<\/strong>
\nAv s\u00e4kerhetssk\u00e4l beh\u00f6ver du ha erfarenhet av att cykla i klunga med andra. Du beh\u00f6ver ocks\u00e5 ha den tr\u00e4ning som beh\u00f6vs f\u00f6r att h\u00e5lla h\u00f6g fart under l\u00e5ng tid. Vi h\u00e5ller en fart runt V\u00e4ttern p\u00e5 cirka 40 km\/h. Du beh\u00f6ver ocks\u00e5 godk\u00e4nna att vi f\u00e5r ta och anv\u00e4nda bilder p\u00e5 dig i anslutning till \u0160kodas cykelaktiviteter samt att du anv\u00e4nder och tar v\u00e4l hand om den utrustning som vi tillhandah\u00e5ller.<\/p>\n

N\u00e4r f\u00e5r jag besked?<\/strong>
\nVi st\u00e4nger rekryteringen den 31 december 2019 och ger sedan besked senast 31 januari. V\u00e4nligen observera att vi tar emot m\u00e5nga ans\u00f6kningar och har d\u00e4rf\u00f6r begr\u00e4nsad m\u00f6jlighet att svara p\u00e5 fr\u00e5gor via e-post och telefon. Vi ber d\u00e4rf\u00f6r om \u00f6verseende med l\u00e5nga svarstider.<\/p>\n
