Wielokrotnie na \u0142amach We Love Cycling m\u00f3wi\u0142em o tym, \u017ce gdy skupiamy si\u0119 na jednym rodzaju sportu, nasz organizm zamiast si\u0119 rozwija\u0107, \u201ezarasta si\u0119\u201d w pozycjach, w kt\u00f3rych sp\u0119dza najwi\u0119cej czasu. \u015awietnie odnosi si\u0119 to do kolarstwa, w kt\u00f3rym typowy rowerzysta ma \u015bwietnie rozwini\u0119te dolne partie cia\u0142a przy jednocze\u015bnie mocno zaniedbanych partiach g\u00f3rnych. Mocne nogi bez odpowiedniego rozci\u0105gania te\u017c nie s\u0105 po\u017c\u0105dane, bo bardzo cz\u0119sto mo\u017ce to prowadzi\u0107 do mocnego i gro\u017anego w skutkach skr\u00f3cenia niekt\u00f3rych w\u0142\u00f3kien mi\u0119\u015bniowych i \u015bci\u0119gien.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Tak jak du\u017co i ambitnie trenujemy, tak samo du\u017co uwagi powinni\u015bmy po\u015bwi\u0119ci\u0107 wszelkiego rodzaju \u0107wiczeniom uzupe\u0142niaj\u0105cym. Wtedy uczy\u0142 mnie tego klubowy trener przygotowania motorycznego. Po zako\u0144czeniu kariery jako\u015b zawsze by\u0142o co\u015b wa\u017cniejszego do zrobienia w domu ni\u017c \u0107wiczenia og\u00f3lnorozwojowe. Z rado\u015bci\u0105 przyj\u0105\u0142em wi\u0119c wiadomo\u015b\u0107 o pierwszych zaj\u0119ciach jogi w Sob\u00f3tce, w kt\u00f3rej mieszkam. Jak si\u0119 okaza\u0142o, du\u017co z serwowanych \u0107wicze\u0144 zna\u0142em z czas\u00f3w zawodowego kolarstwa. Zebrane w ca\u0142o\u015b\u0107 i po\u0142\u0105czone z chwil\u0105 medytacji, prac\u0105 nad oddechem i r\u00f3\u017cnorodnym aktywowaniem bardzo du\u017cej partii mi\u0119\u015bni i \u015bci\u0119gien podczas jednych zaj\u0119\u0107, \u015bwietnie uzupe\u0142niaj\u0105 si\u0119 z treningami rowerowymi i biegowymi.<\/p>\n<p>Zapraszam do obejrzenia materia\u0142u wideo, w kt\u00f3rym poka\u017cemy Wam, \u017ce joga jest przyjemna i potrzebna.
