Mer effektiv og bevist giring vil ogs\u00e5 forbedre utnyttelsen av kraften man putter ned i pedalene. Her er noen tips fra oss i WeLoveCycling.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<h3><strong>Bytt ofte<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Finn en kort runde for \u00e5 trene p\u00e5 girskifting. Ideelt sett vil man ha en runde som har noen oppover- og nedoverbakker, samt noen svinger. \u00d8v p\u00e5 \u00e5 skifte gir s\u00e5 ofte som mulig slik at man l\u00e6rer seg hvor mye innsats (kraft) man trenger i pedalene til enhver tid.<\/p>\n<p>Etter at man har syklet denne runden noen ganger vil man til slutt fullf\u00f8re hver runde med samme hastighet, men med mindre innsats. Eller raskere, men med samme innsats. For \u00e5 f\u00e5 noe ut av dette er det viktig at man er \u00e6rlig mot seg selv. Hvis man syns det er vanskelig kan man bruke en sykkelcomputer som vil hjelpe til med \u00e5 m\u00e5le hastigheten og kraften.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><strong>V\u00e6r i forkant<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Hvis man ser det kommer en sving eller en oppoverbakke s\u00e5 burde man skift gir like f\u00f8r svingen eller bakken. Dette gjelder for alle girkasser, enten det er en F1-bil, en lastebil eller sykkel man sitter p\u00e5.
