La oss se n\u00e6rmere p\u00e5 dette.<\/strong><!--more--><\/p>\n<h2><strong>Hva er det som gj\u00f8r beina dine tunge?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Det har mye \u00e5 gj\u00f8re med glukose, drivstoffet musklene bruker ved h\u00f8yere intensitet.
