Forskere fra University of Warwick bestemte seg for \u00e5 finne ut av dette, og det viser seg at din egen oppfatning er ganske viktig.<\/strong><!--more--><\/p>\n<h2><strong>Evaluering av s\u00f8vn i 2 uker<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Forskergruppen satte i gang en studie med 100 deltakere i alderen 18 til 22 \u00e5r og ba dem f\u00f8re s\u00f8vndagbok i to uker. Hver deltaker m\u00e5tte svare p\u00e5 f\u00f8lgende sp\u00f8rsm\u00e5l i dagboken etter hver natts s\u00f8vn.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>N\u00e5r gikk du til sengs?<\/li>\n<li>Hvor lang tid tok det f\u00f8r du var klar til \u00e5 sovne?<\/li>\n<li>Hvor lang tid tok det f\u00f8r du sovnet?<\/li>\n<li>N\u00e5r v\u00e5knet du?<\/li>\n<li>N\u00e5r sto du opp av sengen?<\/li>\n<li>Hvor forn\u00f8yd var du med s\u00f8vnen din generelt?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>I tillegg ble deltakerne fem ganger i l\u00f8pet av dagen bedt om \u00e5 vurdere sine positive og negative f\u00f8lelser og hvor forn\u00f8yde de var med livet sitt. I l\u00f8pet av de to ukene studien varte, m\u00e5tte deltakerne g\u00e5 med aktigrafer p\u00e5 h\u00e5ndleddene som m\u00e5lte bevegelsene deres. Resultatene viste at n\u00e5r deltakerne evaluerte sin egen s\u00f8vn positivt, rapporterte de om positivt velv\u00e6re. Og dette ble observert selv n\u00e5r aktigrafidataene tydet p\u00e5 at de faktisk hadde sovet d\u00e5rlig.<\/p>\n<p>&laquo;N\u00e5r deltakerne rapporterte at de hadde sovet bedre enn de vanligvis gjorde, opplevde de flere positive f\u00f8lelser og var mer tilfredse med livet dagen etter. Det aktigrafi-avledede m\u00e5let p\u00e5 s\u00f8vnkvalitet, som kalles s\u00f8vneffektivitet, hadde imidlertid ingen sammenheng med velv\u00e6ret dagen etter. Dette tyder p\u00e5 at det er en forskjell mellom aktigrafim\u00e5lt s\u00f8vneffektivitet og folks egen oppfatning av s\u00f8vnkvaliteten n\u00e5r det gjelder sammenhengen med folks vurdering av eget velv\u00e6re&raquo;, forklarer hovedforfatter Anita Lenneis.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>L\u00f8ft velv\u00e6ret ditt med positive s\u00f8vnoppfatninger<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Forfatterne oppfordrer folk til \u00e5 bruke denne informasjonen til sin fordel. N\u00e5r du v\u00e5kner opp uthvilt og i godt hum\u00f8r, b\u00f8r du stole p\u00e5 f\u00f8lelsen, selv om smartklokken antyder at du har sovet d\u00e5rlig. Hvis du derimot ikke f\u00f8ler deg i godt hum\u00f8r etter at du har v\u00e5knet, og klokka sier at du har sovet godt, kan du bruke denne informasjonen til \u00e5 endre hvordan du oppfatter s\u00f8vnen din. S\u00e5 lenge du f\u00f8ler at du har sovet godt, vil du sannsynligvis f\u00f8le deg bedre. En lignende sammenheng har ogs\u00e5 blitt observert i tidligere studier n\u00e5r det gjelder generell helse, ikke bare s\u00f8vn.<\/p>\n<p>&laquo;Funnene v\u00e5re stemmer overens med tidligere forskning som har identifisert folks selvrapporterte helse, og ikke deres faktiske helsetilstand, som den viktigste faktoren knyttet til deres subjektive velv\u00e6re og spesielt til livstilfredshet.
