La oss ta en n\u00e6rmere titt p\u00e5 bragden som Kasper Asgreen utf\u00f8rte med hjelp av bare tre andre ryttere i et brudd som varte i nesten 185 km.<\/strong><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Da Kasper Asgreen, Victor Campenaerts og Jonas Abrahamsen spurtet fra hovedfeltet i starten av etappen, var det ingen overraskelse at de ikke ble forfulgt. Ingen trodde at de ville holde lenge. Det som fulgte var et brudd som ble kj\u00f8rt til perfeksjon over hele den 184,9 km lange etappen, en sann mesterklasse.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>De f\u00f8rste 120 kilometerne i brudd<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>De tre rytterne trengte bare \u00e5 bruke ca. 2 minutter p\u00e5 en sv\u00e6rt hard innsats for \u00e5 distansere seg. Det faktum at de holdt seg relativt n\u00e6r hovedfeltet, kun ca. 1 minutt foran, gjorde at de ikke ble forfulgt s\u00e6rlig hardt p\u00e5 lang tid. Det gjorde at de kunne spare p\u00e5 kreftene og gradvis \u00f8ke innsatsen over hele den 18. etappen.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Abrahamsen (de f\u00f8rste 2 minuttene):<\/strong> gjennomsnittsfart 49,4 km\/t; gjennomsnittlig kraft 488W (6,3W\/kg).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Abrahamsen (f\u00f8rste 120 km):<\/strong> gjennomsnittsfart 42,1 km\/t; gjennomsnittlig kraft 303W (3,9W\/kg).<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Eenkhoorn kj\u00f8rer seg opp til bruddet<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Mange ryttere fors\u00f8kte \u00e5 tette luken fra hovedfeltet til bruddet, men ingen lyktes fordi Alpecin-Deceuninck kj\u00f8rte et hardt tempo for \u00e5 holde bruddet n\u00e6rme. Med rundt 80 kilometer igjen fors\u00f8kte ogs\u00e5 Pascal Eenkhoorn. Han slet med rundt 10 sekunder bak bruddet, men lagkameraten Victor Campenaerts fra Lotto Dstny bremset for \u00e5 vente p\u00e5 ham og hjelpe til. Abrahamsens kraft gikk betydelig opp etter hvert som bruddet gjorde voldsom motstand. Den siste timen av etappen kj\u00f8rte han i snitt 49,8 km\/t og 388W (5W\/kg). Dette er et stort hopp fra de 3,9 W\/kg han brukte i gjennomsnitt p\u00e5 de f\u00f8rste 120 kilometerne.<\/p>\n<p>Inn p\u00e5 de siste 20 kilometerne av rittet samarbeidet spurtlagene fullt ut i jakten p\u00e5 bruddet, men avstanden var fortsatt p\u00e5 rundt 50 sekunder og de hadde vanskelig for \u00e5 hente inn forspranget. Alle de fire rytterne i bruddet n\u00e6rmet seg grensen for hva de kunne klare \u00e5 holde unna for forf\u00f8lgerne, noe som var tydelig b\u00e5de p\u00e5 grimasene og p\u00e5 krafttallene.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Abrahamsen (oppkj\u00f8ring til de siste 5 kilometerne):<\/strong> snittfart 53,1 km\/t; snitt effekt 404W (5,2W\/kg).<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Sprintfinalen<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Med 5,5 km igjen s\u00e5 det m\u00f8rkt ut for utbryterne, for forspranget hadde krympet til bare 18 sekunder. Rundt 3 km f\u00f8r m\u00e5lstreken var forspranget nede i 8 sekunder, og det virket nesten sikkert at de ville bli hentet inn. Deres evne til \u00e5 \u00f8ke innsatsen gradvis i l\u00f8pet av de 185 kilometerne de syklet, var sannsynligvis det som gjorde at de lyktes.
