Det er forskning som sier at, selv bare det \u00e5 smile uten grunn skaper en positiv fysiologisk endring i kroppen din.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Utend\u00f8rs<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Det \u00e5 bruke tid utend\u00f8rs er et spesielt kraftig verkt\u00f8y. Spesielt i disse dager n\u00e5r vi tilbringer mesteparten av tid v\u00e5r i gr\u00e5, hektiske og forurensede byene. Pr\u00f8v hvis du har muligheten til \u00e5 tilbringe noen timer i naturen hver uke.
