Sykling kan v\u00e6re utfordrende, lekent, vanskelig eller morsomt, men det skal aldri v\u00e6re stressende eller irriterende. Dessverre er det lett \u00e5 se det slik noen ganger. La oss g\u00e5 over de vanligste \u00e5rsakene til at sykling kan bli stressende og finne m\u00e5ter \u00e5 gj\u00f8re det morsomt igjen.<\/strong><br \/>\n<!--more--><\/p>\n<h2><strong>Sammenlign deg mindre med andre<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Det er veldig enkelt \u00e5 bli frustrert n\u00e5r man faller av p\u00e5 en sykkeltur med en gruppe eller n\u00e5r treningskameraten din kj\u00f8rer fra deg i bakkene. Strava er en nettl\u00f8sning der man kan laste opp data fra sykkelcomputeren og sammenligne med andre som har syklet samme sted tidligere. Dette er i utgangspunktet en kul l\u00f8sning, men den kan ogs\u00e5 f\u00f8re til at man ikke f\u00f8ler at man har f\u00e5tt den fremgangen man trodde man hadde f\u00e5tt. Hvis du kjenner deg igjen i dette, foresl\u00e5r vi at du legger sykkelcomputeren i lomma p\u00e5 neste tur. Den beste l\u00f8sningen er \u00e5 la sykkelcomputeren ligge hjemme, og faktisk nyte sykkelturen til det fulle!<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Unng\u00e5 vanskelige ruter<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Noen sykkelruter er veldig bra for trening. Disse rutene har en god kombinasjon av oppover- og nedoverbakker, samt bra underlag hele veien. Disse sykkelrutene kan f\u00f8re til at man ikke nyter sykkelturen p\u00e5 best mulig m\u00e5te, og kan v\u00e6re greit \u00e5 unng\u00e5 hvis man \u00f8nsker en bra tur!<\/p>\n<p>https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/p\/CBn1gNLgggq\/<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Tenk annerledes<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Noen ganger er sykkelruten helt perfekt, med unntak av en lang bakke i midten av turen. Si at du liker utsikten og naturen, men du liker ikke bakken som kommer midtveis. Du vet at det gj\u00f8r vondt \u00e5 komme seg opp bakken, og det er naturlig at man ikke foretrekker denne vonde f\u00f8lelsen. N\u00e5r du vet hva som venter kan det v\u00e6re smart \u00e5 forberede seg p\u00e5 utfordringen f\u00f8r turen, slik at man kommer inn i bakken og turen med en positiv holdning. Da vil man f\u00e5 en bedre totalopplevelse av turen, og man vil begynne \u00e5 like slike utfordringer!<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Hvis du ikke er indre motivert, ta deg en pause<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Det kan v\u00e6re lett \u00e5 holde p\u00e5 motivsjonen hvis man har meldt seg p\u00e5 en konkurranse. Slik motivasjon trenger ikke alltid \u00e5 vare s\u00e5 lenge, og etter endt konkurranse kan man f\u00f8le litt p\u00e5 dette. Det er ikke et tegn p\u00e5 latskap, men noen ganger trenger man en pause for \u00e5 f\u00e5 tilbake motivasjonen igjen. Man skal f\u00f8le p\u00e5 at man har lyst til \u00e5 dra ut \u00e5 trene, ikke fordi man m\u00e5.
