Arrangementet er \u00e5pent for syklister med alle typer funksjonshemming, inkludert h\u00e5ndsyklister, de som sykler trehjuling, tandemsyklister og syklister p\u00e5 standard sykkel. Dette vil bli gjennomf\u00f8rt hver onsdag kl. 19.00 fremover fra 22. april.<\/p>\n<p>\u00d8kta er en time p\u00e5 lavt intensitetsniv\u00e5, der du kan sykle sammen med dine parasykkelvenner og konkurrenter. Sykkelturen er laget slik at dere sykler sammen uansett styrke og niv\u00e5.
