Vet du hvordan den beregnes og hva resultatet betyr? I denne artikkelen vil man l\u00e6re hvordan man skal finne sitt kraft-til-vekt-forhold.<\/strong><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Sykling er en sport der mengden kraft du kan generere med beina vil p\u00e5virker hvor raskt du vil bevege deg fremover. Selv om teorien er grei, er det ikke alltid den med h\u00f8yes kraft som sykler fortest. Ta to syklister, den ene kan produsere 250 watt (W) og den andre 240W. Hvem ville komme f\u00f8rst til toppen av Alpe d\u2019Huez hvis de syklet mot hverandre? Det burde v\u00e6re 250W-personen, ikke sant? Ikke hvis den veier 100 kg og den andre bare 65 kg. Det man trenger \u00e5 gj\u00f8re er \u00e5 dele sitt maksimale kraft uttak i watt p\u00e5 kroppsvekten i kg.<\/p>\n<p><strong>PWR = max power (W) \/ body weight (kg)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>For eksempel, en rytter p\u00e5 80 kilo med et maksimalt kraft uttak p\u00e5 280 watt. Har en kalkulert kraft-til-vekt-forhold p\u00e5 3,5 watt per kilo, eller 3,5 W\/Kg. Det forklares ogs\u00e5 ofte som 3,5W.kg-1.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Kraft-til-vekt-forholdet er tidsbestemt<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Det er viktig \u00e5 huske at forholdet mellom kraft-til-vekt ikke er en statisk verdi, men en verdi som varierer i forhold til tiden. Hvis en rytteren kan opprettholde 280W i 60 minutter, tilsvarer PWR p\u00e5 3,5 W\/kg i 60 minuttene. Vektdelen er enkel, der kan man bruke hvilken som helst baderomsvekt, og resultatene vil sannsynligvis v\u00e6re n\u00f8yaktige nok. Det andre tallet krever en m\u00e5ling av kraften (watt). For \u00e5 f\u00e5 det tallet, trenger man en sykkel med en p\u00e5litelig kraftm\u00e5ler. Kraftm\u00e5lere finnes i mange varianter, i pedaler, i pedalarmer eller i baknavet. M\u00e5lerne er ofte dyre, s\u00e5 hvis man ikke \u00f8nsker \u00e5 investere i en m\u00e5ler kan man pr\u00f8ve \u00e5 finne et treningsstudio som har kraftm\u00e5leren p\u00e5 spinningssyklene sine.<\/p>\n<p>For \u00e5 m\u00e5le sin maksimale kraft p\u00e5 en riktig m\u00e5te, m\u00e5 man starte med en god oppvarming p\u00e5 10-15 minutter med et par drag, etterfulgt av et par minutter hvile. Deretter skal man pr\u00f8ve \u00e5 holde s\u00e5 h\u00f8y som mulig kraft i 20 minutter. Gjennomsnittskraft i disse 20 minuttene gir en p\u00e5litelig verdi som man kan bruke videre for \u00e5 regne ut PWR. Estimert kraft for 1 tim (60 minutter) vil v\u00e6re omtrent 5-10% lavere.
