Rundt 10 prosent sykler hele \u00e5ret. Sykling er en del av den finske kulturen, noe som ogs\u00e5 er naturlig \u00e5 f\u00f8re videre til de nye innbyggerne. Innvandrer f\u00e5r muligheten til \u00e5 delta p\u00e5 gratis sykkelkurs, dette for \u00e5 f\u00e5 en lettere tiln\u00e6rming til de nye omgivelsene.\u00a0<\/strong><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>&laquo;Mange av de som kommer til Finland, spesielt kvinner kan ikke sykle. Dette \u00f8nsker vi \u00e5 l\u00e6re dem, med tanke p\u00e5 at det er en s\u00e5 viktig del av det finske samfunnet.&raquo; Sier Federico Ferrara fra det Finske sykkelforbundet. &laquo;Det kan ogs\u00e5 gj\u00f8re det lettere for dem \u00e5 komme seg frem og tilbake fra innvandrer institusjonene, med tanke p\u00e5 at de ofte ligger litt avsidesliggende til.&raquo;<\/p>\n<lite-youtube videoid=WaVPNBYh1yk params=\"enablejsapi=1\" style=\"background-image: url('https:\/\/i.ytimg.com\/vi_webp\/WaVPNBYh1yk\/maxresdefault.webp');\"><\/lite-youtube>\n<p>Et typisk kurs kan se slik ut:<\/p>\n<p>Oppm\u00f8te p\u00e5 en \u00e5pen og rolig plass der man g\u00e5r igjennom grunnleggende sykkelteknikk. Videre skal deltakerne praktisere denne teknikken. Etter en liten stund n\u00e5r instrukt\u00f8ren ser at alle skj\u00f8nner og klarer \u00e5 mestre de grunnleggende ferdighetene, drar de ut p\u00e5 en sykkeltur p\u00e5 veien. Rundt 90%\u00a0 av deltakerne klarer \u00e5 mestre sykling uten problem etter et 3 timers langt kurs.<\/p>\n<p>Kursene har hjulpet et stort antall innvandrere \u00e5 sykle.
