Kald vind, regn og m\u00f8rkere kvelder er noen av utfordringene syklister st\u00e5r ovenfor p\u00e5 h\u00f8sten. Hvis man tar h\u00f8yde for disse utfordringene h\u00f8sten bringer, s\u00e5 kan sykkelturen bli vell s\u00e5 bra som den er p\u00e5 en varm sommerdag.\u00a0<\/strong><!--more--><\/p>\n<h2><strong>1. Tidspunkt og planlegging<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>P\u00e5 sommeren er det s\u00e5 \u00e5 si lyst hele dagen, og man kan dra ut \u00e5 sykle n\u00e5r som helst uten \u00e5 planlegge noe p\u00e5 forh\u00e5nd. Situasjonen blir helt annerledes p\u00e5 h\u00f8sten n\u00e5r det er m\u00f8rkt b\u00e5de p\u00e5 morningen og p\u00e5 kvelden. Tiden man velger \u00e5 dra ut \u00e5 sykle er avgj\u00f8rende for om man f\u00e5r med seg dagslys, eller om man m\u00e5 ta h\u00f8yde for at det blir m\u00f8rkt p\u00e5 slutten. Helt i starten av \u00e5rstiden blir mange overrasket hvor fort det g\u00e5r fra lyst til m\u00f8rkt, og mange har derfor ikke med seg lys eller refleks. V\u00e6r synlig<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Lys foran og bak er et must p\u00e5 h\u00f8sten, hvit foran og r\u00f8dt bak. Hvis lyktene har muligheten til \u00e5 ha pulserende lys gj\u00f8r dette at man blir enda mer synlig for de andre p\u00e5 veien. Lyse farger p\u00e5 kl\u00e6rne er ogs\u00e5 \u00e5 anbefale, de disse reflekterer mer lys enn helt m\u00f8rke kl\u00e6r. Vanlig gammeldags refleks burde ogs\u00e5 alltid benyttes, i tilfellet batteriet p\u00e5 lyset slutter \u00e5 fungere.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>3. Bli vandt til kulden<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>De fleste klarer \u00e5 vende seg til det kalde h\u00f8stv\u00e6ret, men mange opplever nok \u00e5 bli nedkj\u00f8lt. Forkj\u00f8lelse og s\u00e5r hals er vanskelig \u00e5 unng\u00e5 helt, men det er noen ting man kan gj\u00f8re for \u00e5 venne kroppen til kulde og da forh\u00e5pentligvis lure forkj\u00f8lelsen. En kald dusj p\u00e5 morningen regelmessig i to uker kan v\u00e6re med p\u00e5 \u00e5 forbedre immunforsvaret ditt, og \u00e5 l\u00e6re kroppen bedre hvordan h\u00e5ndtere temperaturforskjeller. Bruk skjermer<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Mange syns skjermer p\u00e5 sykkelen ser teit ut, og velger derfor ikke \u00e5 bruke dem. Bruk flere tynne lag<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Det er naturlig for alle \u00e5 benytte varme og tykke kl\u00e6r n\u00e5r gradestokken kryper ned mot frysepunktet. Fordelen med varme og tykke kl\u00e6r er at de er varme, men man bruker som oftes lite under. Utfordringen n\u00e5r man er i bevegelse er at man ofte blir varm i motbakkene og kald i utforkj\u00f8ringene. Fordelen med \u00e5 benytte flere mindre lag enn f\u00e5 tykke er at man kan justere temperaturen mye lettere. Sykkeljakker har som oftes store lommer p\u00e5 ryggen, som gj\u00f8r det mulig \u00e5 oppbevare ekstra kl\u00e6r hvis man plutselig m\u00e5 kle av seg. Mange som har lang erfaring p\u00e5 sykkelsetet tar ofte med seg en vindvest eller en regnjakke p\u00e5 lommen hvis forholdene er noe usikre.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><strong>6. Unng\u00e5 vanndammer<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>N\u00e5r det regner mye kan det bli store vanndammer p\u00e5 enkelte veier. Selv om man har tatt p\u00e5 seg regnt\u00f8y og er forberedt p\u00e5 mye vann p\u00e5 veien, s\u00e5 kan det v\u00e6re smart \u00e5 svinge rundt vanndammene. Under er et godt eksempel p\u00e5 en vanndam som man burde unng\u00e5 hvis man kommer syklende i h\u00f8y hastighet.
