V\u00e1clava Klementa 869, 293 01 Mlad\u00e1 Boleslav, Tsjekkia, organisasjonsnummer 00177041, registrert i handelsregisteret administrert av byretten i Praha, seksjon B, filnummer 332 (heretter \u201cArrang\u00f8ren\u201d).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Organisatoren som st\u00e5r for det praktiske gjennomf\u00f8ringen er <\/span><b>MUSTARD s.r.o.<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, med registrert adresse Masarykovo n\u00e1b\u0159. 246, 110 00, Praha 1 \u2013 Nov\u00e9 M\u011bsto, Tsjekkia, organisasjonsnummer 28531418, registrert i handelsregisteret ved byretten i Praha, seksjon C, innf\u00f8ring 148383 (heretter \u201cOrganisatoren\u201d).<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Konkurransens varighet og gjennomf\u00f8ring<\/span><\/h4>\n<p><b>Konkurranseperiode<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: fra 28. juni 2025 kl. 00:01 (CET) til 20. juli 2025 kl. 23:59 (CET).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Konkurransen foreg\u00e5r p\u00e5 nettstedet <\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/www.welovecycling.com\"><b>www.welovecycling.com<\/b><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (heretter \u201cKonkurransens nettsted\u201d), som ogs\u00e5 brukes til kommunikasjon med deltakerne.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Hvem kan delta<\/span><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Konkurransen er \u00e5pen for alle enkeltpersoner som har fylt 18 \u00e5r og har bosted i ett av f\u00f8lgende land: ANDORRA, AUSTRALIA, \u00d8STERRIKE, BELGIA, BOSNIA, BULGARIA, KROATIA, TSJEKKIA, DANMARK, ESTLAND, FINLAND, FRANKRIKE, TYSKLAND, STORBRITANNIA, HELLAS, UNGARN, ISLAND, IRLAND, ITALIA, LATVIA, LIECHTENSTEIN, LITAUEN, LUXEMBOURG, MONTENEGRO, NEDERLAND, NORGE, POLEN, PORTUGAL, ROMANIA, SERBIA, SLOVAKIA, SLOVENIA, SPANIA, SVERIGE, SVEITS, UKRAINA.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">For \u00e5 delta m\u00e5 man registrere seg p\u00e5 Konkurransens nettsted i l\u00f8pet av konkurranseperioden og akseptere disse vilk\u00e5rene uten forbehold. Som del av registreringen m\u00e5 man oppgi en e-postadresse, som kun vil bli brukt i forbindelse med Konkurransen.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Hver deltaker kan kun registrere seg \u00e9n gang med \u00e9n e-postadresse. Arrang\u00f8ren forbeholder seg retten til \u00e5 kontrollere dette ved hjelp av tekniske og organisatoriske midler.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Personer som har deltatt i forberedelsene til Konkurransen \u2013 inkludert ansatte eller tilknyttede hos Arrang\u00f8ren, Organisatoren eller samarbeidende \u0160koda-partnere \u2013 samt deres familiemedlemmer og n\u00e6rst\u00e5ende, har ikke rett til \u00e5 delta.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Hvordan konkurransen fungerer og hvordan vinnere k\u00e5res<\/span><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">For \u00e5 delta m\u00e5 deltakerne dele et AI-generert bilde de har laget p\u00e5 <\/span><b>welovecycling.com<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> p\u00e5 Instagram eller Facebook, og inkludere hashtaggen <\/span><b>#FindYourTour<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> i bildeteksten, innenfor konkurranseperioden.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Vinnere k\u00e5res basert p\u00e5 plassering p\u00e5 deltakerlisten \u2013 de som havner p\u00e5 plass 1\/11, 2\/11, 3\/11, 4\/11, 5\/11, 6\/11 eller 7\/11.
