Dit artikel gaat helemaal over Itali\u00eb en de unieke Ronde van Itali\u00eb, de Giro. Of het nu gaat over Charly Gaul die na de beruchte Dolomieten-etappe in 1956 instortte door de kou en uitputting of over Vittorio Adorni die het meest Italiaanse gerecht allertijden eet, namelijk spaghetti; de Giro heeft ons gedurende de afgelopen 99 edities veel gedenkwaardige momenten opgeleverd.
