And at the weekend we met another \u0160koda \u201cWe Love Cycling\u201d community hero, David Armstrong from Newcastle in England, who completed this very special triple crown \u2013 \u0160koda Tour de Conamara, Ring of Clare and Tour de Boyne Valley \u2013 to celebrate his recovery from a massive heart attack under two years ago.<\/p>\n<p>After his initial recovery, his medics had one message \u2013 get more miles into those legs of yours.
