Ink\u00e1bb alak\u00edts ki egy nyugodt esti rutint: olvas\u00e1s, napl\u00f3\u00edr\u00e1s vagy egy k\u00f6nnyed sorozat j\u00f3 v\u00e1laszt\u00e1s lehet (csak tudd id\u0151ben abbahagyni!). Elegend\u0151 sz\u00e9nhidr\u00e1t a nyeregben is!<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A leg\u00fajabb kutat\u00e1sok r\u00e1mutattak, mennyire fontos a sz\u00e9nhidr\u00e1tbevitel intenz\u00edv edz\u00e9s k\u00f6zben. A profi ker\u00e9kp\u00e1rosok ak\u00e1r \u00f3r\u00e1nk\u00e9nt 120\u2013140 gramm sz\u00e9nhidr\u00e1tot is fogyasztanak, de az amat\u0151r sportol\u00f3knak \u00e1ltal\u00e1ban szem\u00e9lyre szabottabb megk\u00f6zel\u00edt\u00e9sre van sz\u00fcks\u00e9g\u00fck.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00c1ll\u00f3k\u00e9pess\u00e9gi edz\u00e9sekn\u00e9l (1\u20132-es z\u00f3na): p\u00f3told az \u00f3r\u00e1nk\u00e9nt el\u00e9getett energia 20\u201330%-\u00e1t. Egy 600 kcal energiafelhaszn\u00e1l\u00e1s\u00fa teker\u00e9sn\u00e9l ez 120\u2013200 kcal-t, vagyis 30\u201350 gramm sz\u00e9nhidr\u00e1tot jelent \u00f3r\u00e1nk\u00e9nt. 75 percn\u00e9l r\u00f6videbb edz\u00e9sekn\u00e9l ink\u00e1bb a folyad\u00e9k- \u00e9s elektrolitp\u00f3tl\u00e1sra koncentr\u00e1lj.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Intervallumos edz\u00e9sekn\u00e9l \u00e9s versenyeken (3-as z\u00f3n\u00e1t\u00f3l): p\u00f3told az \u00f3r\u00e1nk\u00e9nt el\u00e9getett energia k\u00f6r\u00fclbel\u00fcl 50%-\u00e1t. Ha \u00f3r\u00e1nk\u00e9nt 1000 kcal-t haszn\u00e1lsz fel, akkor ez 400\u2013500 kcal-t, vagyis 100\u2013125 gramm sz\u00e9nhidr\u00e1tot jelent \u00f3r\u00e1nk\u00e9nt. Magasabb intenzit\u00e1s\u00fa terhel\u00e9sn\u00e9l jobban t\u00e1maszkodik a tested a sz\u00e9nhidr\u00e1tokra, ez\u00e9rt ilyenkor k\u00fcl\u00f6n\u00f6sen fontos a megfelel\u0151 bevitel.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>4. \u00d3vatosan n\u00f6veld az intenzit\u00e1st!<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A sporttudom\u00e1ny szerint az optim\u00e1lis edz\u00e9sstrukt\u00fara nagy mennyis\u00e9g\u0171 alacsony vagy k\u00f6zepes intenzit\u00e1s\u00fa edz\u00e9st \u00e9s viszonylag kev\u00e9s magas intenzit\u00e1s\u00fa terhel\u00e9st tartalmaz. Gyakran az \u00fagynevezett 80:20-ar\u00e1nyt haszn\u00e1lj\u00e1k kiindul\u00f3pontk\u00e9nt.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A ker\u00e9kp\u00e1roz\u00e1s azonban term\u00e9szet\u00e9b\u0151l ad\u00f3d\u00f3an gyakran alacsony vagy k\u00f6zepes intenzit\u00e1s\u00fa. A legt\u00f6bb bring\u00e1snak ez\u00e9rt nem okoz gondot az edz\u00e9sek 80%-\u00e1t 2-es z\u00f3n\u00e1ban teljes\u00edteni. A probl\u00e9ma ink\u00e1bb az, hogy a magas intenzit\u00e1s\u00fa edz\u00e9sek \u2013 a fennmarad\u00f3 20% \u2013 gyakran kimaradnak.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00c9rdemes tudatosan megtervezni az intervallumos edz\u00e9seket, amelyek a 3-as z\u00f3n\u00e1t\u00f3l felfel\u00e9 minden terhel\u00e9si tartom\u00e1nyt lefednek.
