A kutat\u00f3k meg\u00e1llap\u00edtott\u00e1k, hogy a fitts\u00e9g szintje j\u00f3val nagyobb hat\u00e1ssal van a hal\u00e1loz\u00e1si kock\u00e1zatra \u2013 bele\u00e9rtve a sz\u00edv- \u00e9s \u00e9rrendszeri betegs\u00e9geket is \u2013, mint a BMI (testt\u00f6megindex). Sz\u00e1mos m\u00e1s m\u00f3don is j\u00f3t\u00e9konyan hat a test\u00fcnkre, jav\u00edtja az \u00e1ltal\u00e1nos eg\u00e9szs\u00e9get, \u00e9s cs\u00f6kkenti a kr\u00f3nikus betegs\u00e9gek kock\u00e1zat\u00e1t. <em>\u201eA kutat\u00e1sunk kimutatta, hogy a fitt, elh\u00edzott emberek hal\u00e1loz\u00e1si kock\u00e1zata hasonl\u00f3 volt, mint a norm\u00e1l tests\u00faly\u00fa, fitt emberek\u00e9, \u00e9s k\u00f6r\u00fclbel\u00fcl feleakkora, mint a norm\u00e1l tests\u00faly\u00fa, de nem fitt emberek\u00e9\u201d<\/em> \u2013 magyar\u00e1zta Angadi.<\/p>\n<p>Ez a kutat\u00e1s megk\u00e9rd\u0151jelezi azt a hagyom\u00e1nyos n\u00e9zetet, miszerint a tests\u00falycs\u00f6kkent\u00e9s az eg\u00e9szs\u00e9gjav\u00edt\u00e1s kulcsa.
