A kutat\u00f3k k\u00f6zel 90 000 ember adatait elemezt\u00e9k, akik csukl\u00f3n viselt sebess\u00e9gm\u00e9r\u0151k seg\u00edts\u00e9g\u00e9vel r\u00f6gz\u00edtett\u00e9k a fizikai aktivit\u00e1suk idej\u00e9t \u00e9s intenzit\u00e1s\u00e1t.<br \/>\nA r\u00e9sztvev\u0151ket h\u00e1rom csoportba sorolt\u00e1k: h\u00e9tv\u00e9gi harcosok, rendszeresen sportol\u00f3k \u00e9s inakt\u00edvak, a heti aj\u00e1nlott 150 perc m\u00e9rs\u00e9kelt vagy intenz\u00edv fizikai aktivit\u00e1s alapj\u00e1n.
