Ezek a zs\u00edrsavak megtal\u00e1lhat\u00f3k az ol\u00edvaolajban \u00e9s a tejterm\u00e9kekben, p\u00e9ld\u00e1ul a tejben, a vajban \u00e9s a joghurtban.<\/p>\n<p>Tal\u00e1n meglep\u0151 m\u00f3don egy tel\u00edtett zs\u00edrsav is felker\u00fclt a list\u00e1ra. Ebben a tanulm\u00e1nyban a lignocersav megemelkedett mennyis\u00e9gben volt jelen az eg\u00e9szs\u00e9gesebben \u00f6reged\u0151 agyak eset\u00e9ben. Ennek a zs\u00edrsavnak j\u00f3 forr\u00e1sa a f\u00f6ldimogyor\u00f3, a makad\u00e1mdi\u00f3 \u00e9s a magolajok.<\/p>\n<p>A karotinoidok csoportj\u00e1b\u00f3l a cisz-lutein, a transz-lutein \u00e9s a zeaxantin volt nagyobb mennyis\u00e9gben l\u00e1that\u00f3 a k\u00e9s\u0151n \u00f6reged\u0151 csoport plazm\u00e1j\u00e1ban, amelyek mind er\u0151teljes antioxid\u00e1nsok.
