A j\u00e1rv\u00e1ny a pszich\u00e9s stressz 22% -os n\u00f6veked\u00e9s\u00e9t is eredm\u00e9nyezte.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>A kevesebb mozg\u00e1s rosszabb ment\u00e1lis eg\u00e9szs\u00e9ghez vezet<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Azoknak volt a legrosszabb a ment\u00e1lis eg\u00e9szs\u00e9g\u00fck, akik a megk\u00e9rdez\u00e9s sor\u00e1n a legnagyobb m\u00e9rt\u00e9k\u0171 aktivit\u00e1scs\u00f6kken\u00e9sr\u0151l sz\u00e1moltak be.
