Az\u00e9rt vagyunk k\u00f6z\u00f6ss\u00e9g, hogy megosszuk egym\u00e1ssal tapasztalatainkat, seg\u00edts\u00fcnk m\u00e1soknak \u00faj helyeket felfedezni \u00e9s \u00faj \u00e9lm\u00e9nyekkel er\u0151s\u00edts\u00fck k\u00f6z\u00f6s szenved\u00e9ly\u00fcnk \u00f6sszetart\u00f3 erej\u00e9t. Ez\u00e9rt ind\u00edtottuk el A h\u00f3nap \u00fatvonala<\/em> kamp\u00e1nyunkat, mely sor\u00e1n b\u00e1rki megoszthatja saj\u00e1t \u00e9lm\u00e9nyeit, hogy m\u00e1sok is \u00e1t\u00e9lhess\u00e9k \u0151ket! Ahogy ezt Parti Andr\u00e1s is tette.<\/strong><\/p>\n

A h\u00e1romszoros olimpikon mountain bike-os, Parti Andr\u00e1s, 1982-ben sz\u00fcletett \u00e9s 15 \u00e9vesen indult az els\u0151 verseny\u00e9n. 2007-ben a legjobb hazai MTB versenyz\u0151nek v\u00e1lasztott\u00e1k, nem v\u00e9letlen\u00fcl: ekkor m\u00e1r – a sz\u00e1mos belf\u00f6ldi \u00e9s kisebb k\u00fclf\u00f6ldi verseny mellett – egy vil\u00e1gbajnoks\u00e1g \u00e9s egy eur\u00f3pai bajnoks\u00e1g is \u00e1llt a h\u00e1ta m\u00f6g\u00f6tt. Ezut\u00e1n m\u00e9g h\u00e9tszer \u00e9rdemelte ki ezt a c\u00edmet. \u00d6sszesen 22-szer lett magyar bajnok, \u00e9s a pekingi, a londoni \u00e9s a ri\u00f3i olimpi\u00e1n is versenyzett. Nem titok, hogy negyedszerre is k\u00e9pviselni szeretn\u00e9 Magyarorsz\u00e1got a j\u00e1t\u00e9kokon, a felk\u00e9sz\u00fcl\u00e9s pedig m\u00e1r el is kezd\u0151d\u00f6tt: az \u00e9v els\u0151 fel\u00e9t egy tenerifei edz\u0151t\u00e1borban t\u00f6lt\u00f6tte.<\/p>\n

A tavalyi \u00e9v persze neki is neh\u00e9zs\u00e9gekkel volt tele. Nem csak a versenyszezon borult fel, de Andr\u00e1s is elkapta a koronav\u00edrust, a l\u00e1badoz\u00e1sa pedig sok\u00e1ig tartott. Augusztusban azonban a betegs\u00e9g ellen\u00e9re is siker\u00fclt visszaszereznie a bajnoki c\u00edmet, a Zalaegerszegen megrendezett Restart XCO Orsz\u00e1gos Bajnoks\u00e1gon. Jelenleg az \u00dajpesti Torna Egyes\u00fclt (UTE) sz\u00edneiben teker.<\/p>\n

Az olimpikon montis szeret betartani az el\u0151re eltervezett menetrendet, nem csak azt tudja este, hogy m\u00e1snap merre \u00e9s mennyit fog tekerni, de azt is, mikor \u00e9s mit eszik, \u00e9s hol pihen!<\/p>\n

Andr\u00e1s Tenerif\u00e9r\u0151l hozott nek\u00fcnk egy \u00fatvonalat, amit egy edz\u0151t\u00e1bor sor\u00e1n j\u00e1rt be. Ha m\u00e9g nem tervezt\u00e9tek meg az idei nyaral\u00e1st (\u00e9s persze, ha a j\u00e1rv\u00e1nyhelyzet engedi), a gyakorlottabb bring\u00e1sok mindenk\u00e9pp vegy\u00e9k fontol\u00f3ra Tenerif\u00e9t, \u00e9s Andr\u00e1s \u00fatvonal\u00e1t! De csak ha szerettek m\u00e1szni!<\/p>\n

\u00c9s ha m\u00e1r itt j\u00e1rtok, Andr\u00e1s aj\u00e1nlott m\u00e9g egy k\u00f6rt: a Santiago del Teide feletti Arena Negra-t, ahol igazi holdb\u00e9li t\u00e1j v\u00e1r r\u00e1tok!<\/p>\n

B\u00e1r Magyarorsz\u00e1gon is tal\u00e1lni csod\u00e1latos magaslatokat \u00e9s neh\u00e9z terepeket \u2013 Andr\u00e1s szerint a M\u00e1tr\u00e1ban a legizgalmasabb tekerni \u2013 a tenerifei \u00fatvonal eg\u00e9szen m\u00e1s. 1500 m\u00e9ter felett m\u00e1r ritkul a leveg\u0151, ehhez pedig hozz\u00e1 kell szokni. A legjobb, ha egy darabig le is t\u00e1boroztok a magasban miel\u0151tt \u00fatnak indultok. Andr\u00e1s sajnos most nem tudta ezt megtenni, de \u0151 m\u00e1r ismeri az \u00e9rz\u00e9st, tudta mi v\u00e1r r\u00e1. Nem is tervezett intenz\u00edv r\u00e9szt\u00e1vokat\u2026<\/p>\n
