El mercado de segunda mano ciclista ha crecido en los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os con la llegada de las plataformas online. Ahora mismo es sencillo vender y comprar una bici online, pero, \u00bfc\u00f3mo hacerlo de forma segura? La barrera siempre es la desconfianza, del vendedor hasta de cobra y del comprador porque no sabe lo que va a recibir. Por eso han surgido algunas iniciativas para dar seguridad a las dos partes de la transacci\u00f3n.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Hace a\u00f1os, cuando querias renovar la bicicleta ibas a una tienda y negociabas con el vendedor si pod\u00eda quedarse con tu bici vieja para venderla de segunda mano<\/strong><\/a>. O apalabrabas con alg\u00fan compa\u00f1ero de grupeta que estaba empezando la venta. Hab\u00eda alguno que publicaba el anuncio en un peri\u00f3dico, pero era raro encontrarlo.<\/p>\n

La llegada de internet empez\u00f3 a cambiar el mercado. Primero a trav\u00e9s de los foros, que se convirtieron en un mercado de compra-venta. El gran problema era la incertidumbre<\/strong> de comprador y vendedor ante lo desconocido, sobre todo si el env\u00edo era por mensajer\u00eda. Uno no sab\u00eda a ciencia cierta c\u00f3mo le iba a llegar la bici o el material y si iba a cumplir con lo que hab\u00eda visto en fotos, y el otro dudaba si le exig\u00edan que el pago se hiciese a la recepci\u00f3n del producto. A veces se solucionaba quedando in ‘situ, pero era otro problema si ambos viv\u00edan a m\u00e1s de 200 kil\u00f3metros de distancia.<\/p>\n

La llegada de las plataformas online de compraventa comenz\u00f3 a agilizar esos pasos. El comprador y el vendedor se valoraban por sus ventas de bicicletas o material ciclista online, pero todav\u00eda faltaba algo para dar seguridad a ambos. Un intermediario que se encargara de que comprar o vender tu bici online fuese seguro<\/strong>, por eso han surgido empresas, webs y plataformas que se encargan de eso, de dar seguridad a ambas partes de la venta y de reducirles la incertidumbre.<\/p>\n

Por un lado est\u00e1n las empresas que dan seguridad a los pagos y los envios,<\/strong> como Beseif<\/a>. Ellos se encargan de dejar en dep\u00f3sito el pago hasta que el comprador testea el producto y le permite devolverlo sin costes si no le gusta, mientras que al vendedor le asegura el cobro y le da gratis los costes de env\u00edo.<\/p>\n

Tambi\u00e9n est\u00e1n los que se encargan de testear el material y certificar que la bicicleta<\/strong>, las ruedas o cualquier otro material ciclista que est\u00e1 a la venta en su plataforma cumple con las condiciones pactadas y se encuentra en buen estado de uso. Un ejemplo es Tuvalum<\/a>, que adem\u00e1s garant\u00edas de devoluci\u00f3n y de transporte gratuito.<\/p>\n

Y en este mercado tambi\u00e9n trabajan las tiendas de bicicletas f\u00edsicas en su apartado de venta online.<\/strong> Ellos se encargan de probar las bicicletas, arreglarlas si tienen alg\u00fan problema y ponerlas a la venta de segunda mano con la certificaci\u00f3n de que han sido revisadas y testadas por un servicio mec\u00e1nico de garant\u00edas.<\/p>\n

Incluso ya hay p\u00e1ginas webs que gestionan toda la venta de segunda mano de las tiendas y que permiten a los usuarios depositarlas en una tienda f\u00edsica para que se venda de forma online, es el caso de Portalbici.<\/a> Aqu\u00ed la seguridad vienen por la certificaci\u00f3n de la revisi\u00f3n de la tienda f\u00edsica.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
