Muchos de ellos relacionados con las marcas de nutrici\u00f3n deportiva, que buscan vender sus productos a trav\u00e9s del marketing sin tener en cuenta los factores fisiol\u00f3gicos que pueden llegar a producir en un deportista. Por eso, cuando un especialista como <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/roger_ergonutri\/\">Roger P\u00e9rez, de Etixx<\/a>, habla claro y sin tapujos, se agradece.<\/strong><br \/>\n<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>La charla de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/roger_ergonutri\/\">Roger P\u00e9rez<\/a> durante el <a href=\"https:\/\/ciclored.com\/campus-ciclored-joseba-beloki-2019\/\">IV Campus Ciclored Joseba Beloki<\/a> no dej\u00f3 indiferente a nadie. Sobre todo porque no se dedic\u00f3 a promocionar Etixx, sino a explicar las consecuencias de una mala nutrici\u00f3n e hidrataci\u00f3n a la hora de hacer deporte. Su formaci\u00f3n, experto en Fisiolog\u00eda, Nutrici\u00f3n y Entrenamiento Deportivo le ayudaron a resolver cualquiera de las dudas de los participantes del Campus.<\/p>\n<p>En primer lugar quiso dejar claro que la<strong> nutrici\u00f3n deportiva siempre va en funci\u00f3n de las necesidades y el esfuerzo de cada deportista<\/strong> y que no todos los productos funcionan de igual manera en todas las personas. Dicho de otra manera, lo que vale para unos, no tiene porque ser \u00fatil para otros. As\u00ed que uno de los fundamentos de la nutrici\u00f3n deportiva es probar y <strong>entrenar el est\u00f3mago<\/strong> durante los entrenamientos para que est\u00e9 preparado en la competici\u00f3n.\u00a0 Utilizar los mismos suplementos, barritas, geles e isot\u00f3nicos para una ruta larga de fin de semana que para la marcha cicloturista a la que tengamos puesto el objetivo.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/d2p6e6u75xmxt8.cloudfront.net\/6\/2019\/03\/campus-ciclored-joseba-beloki-133.JPG.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-4370\" src=\"https:\/\/d2p6e6u75xmxt8.cloudfront.net\/6\/2019\/03\/campus-ciclored-joseba-beloki-133.JPG-1024x702.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1024\" height=\"702\" srcset=\"https:\/\/d2p6e6u75xmxt8.cloudfront.net\/6\/2019\/03\/campus-ciclored-joseba-beloki-133.JPG.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/d2p6e6u75xmxt8.cloudfront.net\/6\/2019\/03\/campus-ciclored-joseba-beloki-133.JPG-300x206.jpg 300w, https:\/\/d2p6e6u75xmxt8.cloudfront.net\/6\/2019\/03\/campus-ciclored-joseba-beloki-133.JPG-768x527.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>En algo en lo que incidi\u00f3 especialmente fue en la <strong>hidrataci\u00f3n<\/strong> y en sus principios b\u00e1sicos. Explic\u00f3 porqu\u00e9 no es suficiente el agua cuando se est\u00e1 haciendo un ejercicio intenso como es el ciclismo y defini\u00f3 las bebidas isot\u00f3nicas, que muchas marcas venden como tal cuando no lo son y las consecuencias fisiol\u00f3gicas que pueden provocar cuando se consumen de forma excesiva.<\/p>\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n explic\u00f3 los <strong>fundamentos de algunos de los componentes que se est\u00e1n poniendo de moda<\/strong> y que se incluye en varios suplementos deportivos como el magnesio, el potasio o el col\u00e1geno.
