Creen que el cuerpo humano no puede funcionar bien a menos que est\u00e9 reci\u00e9n alimentado. Y la mayor\u00eda de las veces eso no es verdad. En este art\u00edculo voy a compartir los consejos que doy a mis clientes cuando se trata de la nutrici\u00f3n antes del entrenamiento.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<h2><strong>Necesito un poco de az\u00facar<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Mucha gente teme que sin combustible inmediato no van a rendir. No pueden imaginar ir a entrenar o al gimnasio sin su gel energ\u00e9tico favorito. Algunos lo hacen por costumbre y otros lo consideran una excusa para poder comer algo dulce. Sea honesto con lo duro que es su entrenamiento y coma en consecuencia. La mayor\u00eda de nosotros hacemos deporte para divertirnos y no necesitaremos ning\u00fan tipo de energ\u00eda especial antes del entrenamiento! Simplemente una buena comida llena de prote\u00ednas, carbohidratos lentos y grasas saludables de 2 a 3 horas antes de su entrenamiento y estar\u00e1 listo.<\/p>\n<p>\u00bfEstabas cometiendo este error tambi\u00e9n antes?
