Mind motiveerivad minu eba\u00f5nnestumised ja rasked hetked\u2014need sunnivad rohkem pingutama. Kui oled t\u00f5siselt huvitatud arengust, soovitan soojalt t\u00f6\u00f6tada treeneriga, isegi kui see on vaid osalise koormusega. \u00d5igete treenimismeetodite \u00f5ppimine ja oma treeningute \u00f5igesti \u00fclesehitamine teeb tohutu erinevuse.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"0\" data-end=\"403\"><strong data-start=\"0\" data-end=\"68\">Mida oleksin tahtnud teada enne oma esimest soolotreeninglaagrit<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"0\" data-end=\"403\">Kui ma l\u00e4ksin 2014. aastal Calpe&#8217;sse oma esimesse soolotreeninglaagrisse, olin ma t\u00e4ielikult ettevalmistamata \u2014 naiivne ja natuke eksinud!
