Det f\u00e5r du nu svar p\u00e5.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2>Det h\u00e6mmer dine evner til at styre cyklen<\/h2>\n<p>I de fleste europ\u00e6iske lande er alkoholgr\u00e6nsen 50 mg alkohol per 100 ml blod, og i USA er den 80 mg. Der blev lavet et eksperiment for at se, hvordan alkohol p\u00e5virkede cyklisternes evne til at styre cyklen. De k\u00f8rte slalom mellem kegler, k\u00f8rte i en lige linje p\u00e5 en sti, der sn\u00e6vrede ind og k\u00f8rte i cirkler med og mod uret. Selv ved meget lave alkoholniveauer i blodet blev deres k\u00f8reegenskaber i nogen grad p\u00e5virket og da de n\u00e5ede 80 mg var der kraftig stigning i \u201dkraftige motoriske udfordringer\u201d. Omfanget af dehydrering afh\u00e6nger af alkoholindholdet. Et studie har fundet, at effekten kan ses ved alkoholkoncentrationer p\u00e5 4% (de fleste \u00f8l ligger p\u00e5 4-6%). Et andet studie unders\u00f8gte atleter, der blev givet enten vand eller \u00f8l efter en times tr\u00e6ning. De fandt ingen forskel i hydreringen mellem dem. Et tredje studie har vist, at op til 660 ml \u00f8l efter tr\u00e6ning ikke for\u00e5rsager dehydrering. Glukose kan ikke konverteres til glykogen, s\u00e5 dine muskel- og leverreserver vil forblive tomme indtil alkoholen er ude af dit system.<\/p>\n<p>3. Stresshormonet cortisol \u00f8ges, n\u00e5r du drikker alkohol. Forh\u00f8jet cortisol har en negativ effekt p\u00e5 testosteronproduktionen og reducerer det menneskelige v\u00e6ksthormon med op til 70%. Det s\u00e6tter en stor begr\u00e6nsning for din evne til at genopbygge dine muskler.<\/p>\n<p>4. Alkohol p\u00e5virker s\u00f8vnkvaliteten negativt.
