Lad os se p\u00e5, hvordan det fungerer og hvordan kosten ser ud i l\u00f8bet af en dag for en fedttilpasset atlet.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h3>F\u00f8rste skridt: Begr\u00e6ns tilg\u00e6ngeligheden af kulhydrater<\/h3>\n<p>Det du prim\u00e6rt fors\u00f8ger at p\u00e5virke med kosten er, hvor mange kulhydrater, din krop har til r\u00e5dighed. Hvorfor? Kulhydrater, is\u00e6r de hurtige, har stor betydning for insulinproduktionen. Insulin er det hormon, der tillader vores celler at bruge blodsukker som energi og som kontrollerer fedme (det omdanner overskydende sukker til fedt). N\u00e5r insulinen er h\u00f8j, er det n\u00e6sten umuligt at forbr\u00e6nde fedt. S\u00e5 hvis du er vant til at spise en kost med mange kulhydrater, s\u00e5 er f\u00f8rste skridt at begr\u00e6nse indtaget. N\u00e5r din krop ikke kan benytte kulhydrater, hverken glykose eller glykogen, begynder den naturligt at benytte fedt som energikilde, b\u00e5de det opbevarede og det, der kommer fra kosten, og det er m\u00e5let.<\/p>\n<h3>Andet skridt: Introduc\u00e9r sunde fedtstoffer<\/h3>\n<p>Det er ikke nogen universel begr\u00e6nsning p\u00e5 kulhydrater som sikrer fedttilpasning, for alle reagerer forskelligt. Generelt vil det dog give gode resultater at begr\u00e6nse indtaget til under 100 gram om dagen. Forestil dig 100 gram kulhydrater som en stor portion kartofler og to baner. I det, der regnes som en almindelig kost, er der ofte over 300 gram kulhydrater dagligt, s\u00e5 du skal s\u00f8rge for at erstatte det, du tager ud af kosten, med sunde fedtstoffer! Husk p\u00e5 det, hvis du beslutter dig for at pr\u00f8ve, for du b\u00f8r ikke g\u00f8re det halvt. De bedste kilder til fuldfede fedtstoffer er for eksempel avocadoer, n\u00f8dder og fr\u00f8, fede fisk og \u00f8kologisk k\u00f8d af h\u00f8j kvalitet. Andre gode kilder er koldpressede olier, som olivenolie eller kokosolie, og \u00f8kologiske m\u00e6lkeprodukter som fuldfed fl\u00f8de eller sm\u00f8r af h\u00f8j, \u00f8kologisk kvalitet. N\u00e5r du reducerer indtaget af kulhydrater, s\u00e5 fjern de meget bearbejdede (s\u00f8de drikkevarer, desserter, kager etc.) og lad de grove blive i kosten (frugt, rodfrugter, b\u00e6lgfrugter, kartofler, squash etc.).<\/p>\n<h3>En dagskost for en fedttilpasset atlet<\/h3>\n<p>Lad os antage, at du er en sund cykelentusiast, der cykler til og fra arbejde og tager nogle l\u00e6ngere ture i weekenden. Hvordan b\u00f8r en daglig kost se ud, hvis du var fedttilpasset?<br \/>\n&#8211; Start dagen med \u00e6g og gr\u00f8ntsager, som broccoli. Tilf\u00f8r en avocado som en god kilde til fedt, der samtidig erstatter de kalorier, som man typisk ville f\u00e5 fra en skive br\u00f8d.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Frokost kan indeholde noget k\u00f8d, ideelt fedtfattigt fra et \u00f8kologisk dyr. En farverig salat med olivenolie ville passe godt til.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; N\u00f8dder er ideelle som snacks. Spis dem med b\u00e6r, t\u00f8rrede frugter eller et stykke chokolade med mindst 70% kakaoindhold.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Til aftensm\u00e5ltidet f\u00e5r du din prim\u00e6re portion af kulhydrater.
