Hvem er det bedste for? Og hvor mange aktive minutter om ugen har du brug for afh\u00e6ngigt af dit k\u00f8n?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Forskerne analyserede data fra over 400.000 voksne, hvoraf 55 procent var kvinder. Deltagerne blev unders\u00f8gt mellem \u00e5rene 1997 og 2019 og leverede data om deres fysiske aktivitet. Studiet blev udf\u00f8rt for at unders\u00f8ge, hvordan hyppighed, varighed, intensitet og type af fysisk aktivitet relaterer sig til sundhedsresultater hos begge k\u00f8n.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>D\u00f8dsrisikoen blev reduceret med 24 procent for kvinder og 15 procent for m\u00e6nd<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Studiet bekr\u00e6ftede det, vi alle ved, at personer, der motionerer, generelt har meget bedre sundhed end personer, der er stillesiddende. Men forskellen mellem kvinder og m\u00e6nd er det, der overraskede selv forskerne.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;For alle voksne, der har regelm\u00e6ssig fysisk aktivitet, var d\u00f8dsrisikoen som forventet lavere sammenlignet med at v\u00e6re inaktiv. Men interessant nok blev d\u00f8dsrisikoen reduceret med 24 procent hos kvinder og 15 procent hos m\u00e6nd,&#8221; siger Susan Cheng, MD, hovedforfatter af studiet.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Kvinder har historisk og statistisk haltet bagud i forhold til m\u00e6nd, hvad ang\u00e5r motion. Det smukke ved dette studie er, at kvinder kan f\u00e5 mere ud af hvert minut af moderat til kraftig aktivitet, end m\u00e6nd g\u00f8r. Det er en opmuntrende tanke, som vi h\u00e5ber, kvinder vil tage til sig,&#8221; tilf\u00f8jer Martha Gulati, MD, medforfatter af studiet.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Kvinder har brug for mindre motion for at opn\u00e5 den samme fordel<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Studiet viste ogs\u00e5, at den fordel, kvinder synes at have, g\u00e6lder for mange forskellige typer motion, lige fra cykling til v\u00e6gtl\u00f8ftning.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Moderat til kraftig aerob motion<\/strong> &#8211; Med aktiviteter som hurtig gang eller cykling opn\u00e5ede m\u00e6nd deres maksimale fordel ved 5 timers motion om ugen. Kvinder opn\u00e5ede den samme fordel ved at motionere knap 2,5 timer om ugen.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Styrketr\u00e6ning<\/strong> &#8211; Med styrkefokuserede \u00f8velser som v\u00e6gtl\u00f8ftning eller core\u00f8velser opn\u00e5ede m\u00e6nd deres maksimale fordel ved at tr\u00e6ne 3 gange om ugen, mens kvinder opn\u00e5ede den samme fordel ved kun 1 session om ugen.<\/p>\n<p>Forfatterne bem\u00e6rkede, at kvinder fortsatte med at reducere deres d\u00f8dsrisiko, hvis de dyrkede mere end 2,5 timer om ugen med aerob aktivitet eller 2 eller flere styrketr\u00e6ningssessioner om ugen.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>300 aktive minutter om ugen som m\u00e5l\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Studiet konkluderer, at med alle former for motion og variabler taget i betragtning, opn\u00e5r m\u00e6nd maksimal overlevelsesfordel med 300 minutters moderat til kraftig aktivitet om ugen, mens kvinder opn\u00e5r den samme fordel med 140 minutter om ugen. Men kvinder forts\u00e6tter med at opn\u00e5 yderligere fordele op til 300 minutter om ugen. S\u00e5 m\u00e5let forbliver det samme for begge k\u00f8n \u2013 kvinder har bare mere at opn\u00e5 end m\u00e6nd.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Jeg h\u00e5ber, at denne banebrydende forskning vil motivere kvinder, der i \u00f8jeblikket ikke dyrker regelm\u00e6ssig fysisk aktivitet, til at forst\u00e5, at de har mulighed for at opn\u00e5 enorme fordele med regelm\u00e6ssig motion for deres langsigtede sundhed,&#8221; sagde Christine M.
