Dette er perfekt p\u00e5 en normal vejoverflade og mountainbikespor, men det kan v\u00e6re farligt, n\u00e5r man k\u00f8rer p\u00e5 grus. \u00c5rsagen er, at den indvendige del af svinget normalt er h\u00e5rdf\u00f8rt materiale, som du vil pr\u00f8ve at undg\u00e5. Men hvordan g\u00f8r man det korrekt? Den gyldne regel er at tage det roligt med bremserne. Brutal panikbremsning vil kun resultere i tab af vejgreb. I stedet b\u00f8r du bremse forsigtigt og gradvist, indtil cyklen bremser ned. I tilf\u00e6ldet med sving, er det bedre at g\u00f8re det, mens du k\u00f8rer p\u00e5 lige str\u00e6kninger. Slip bremsen lige f\u00f8r du n\u00e6rmer dig svinget, s\u00e5 dit forhjul kan rulle uden at miste greb.<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-size: 24pt;\"><strong>K\u00f8rsel over uj\u00e6vnt terr\u00e6n<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Uanset om du har planlagt det eller ej, er det almindeligt, at en grusvej bliver mere uj\u00e6vn p\u00e5 noget af str\u00e6kningen. For mig er det en del af forn\u00f8jelsen. Det at skulle h\u00e5ndtere s\u00e5 mange forskellige forhold p\u00e5 den samme tur er grunden til, at jeg elsker gravelcykling. Den bedste m\u00e5de at nyde den type overflade p\u00e5 er simpelthen at tr\u00e6de det i et lavere gear.<\/p>\n<p>Med hvert pedaltr\u00e6k overf\u00f8rer du v\u00e6gt til dine f\u00f8dder og frig\u00f8r noget fra din sadel. Ved at sidde let p\u00e5 sadlen kan du bruge dine ben som st\u00f8dd\u00e6mpere for at d\u00e6mpe turen. Jeg skifter ogs\u00e5 min kropsposition let tilbage, over baghjulet, s\u00e5 jeg kan aflaste belastningen fra mine arme. At holde dine albuer b\u00f8jede vil ogs\u00e5 hj\u00e6lpe med at absorbere st\u00f8d.<\/p>\n<p>Da jeg startede i sporten sammen med andre gravelryttere, ramte jeg h\u00e5rdt terr\u00e6n for h\u00e5rdt, hvilket resulterede i smerte i mine skuldre og albuer. Pr\u00f8v at forblive siddende s\u00e5 meget som muligt for at bevare vejgrebet (is\u00e6r p\u00e5 baghjulet), og koncentrer dig om at bruge dine benmuskler. Stigninger p\u00e5 uj\u00e6vne overflader er ikke line\u00e6re. Nogle gange, i stedet for en h\u00f8jere kadence, har du brug for at sejtr\u00e6kke mere for at rulle over nogle forhindringer, fint grus, jord eller sandede afsnit.
