Men ikke alle er. S\u00e5 lad os h\u00f8re hvad fysioterapeuten har at sige om det.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h3>MTB over for landevejscykling<\/h3>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/d2p6e6u75xmxt8.cloudfront.net\/7\/2017\/02\/13071928_1175285355817968_1254619038626151946.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-252\" src=\"https:\/\/d2p6e6u75xmxt8.cloudfront.net\/7\/2017\/02\/13071928_1175285355817968_1254619038626151946.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"768\" height=\"432\" srcset=\"https:\/\/d2p6e6u75xmxt8.cloudfront.net\/7\/2017\/02\/13071928_1175285355817968_1254619038626151946.jpg 768w, https:\/\/d2p6e6u75xmxt8.cloudfront.net\/7\/2017\/02\/13071928_1175285355817968_1254619038626151946-300x169.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 768px) 100vw, 768px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Hver sport indeb\u00e6rer sine egne risici, om det er terr\u00e6net for mountainbikere eller trafikken, som er den prim\u00e6re fare for landevejsryttere.<\/p>\n<p>MTB, uanset om det er enduro, cross-coutnry eller eller fri cykling, virker umiddelbart meget farligere, prim\u00e6rt p\u00e5 grund af de teknisk sv\u00e6re terr\u00e6ner. Der er \u00f8get risiko for at f\u00e5 skader som hudafskrabninger, blodansamlinger, hjernerystelser eller knoglebrud.<\/p>\n<p>I sammenligning med MTB virker landevejcykling, hvor man \u201dbare\u201d cykler p\u00e5 vejen \u2013 ligeud, nedad eller opad \u2013 som en mere sikker sport. Bortset fra uheld med biler, er der dog ogs\u00e5 risiko for at falde p\u00e5 asfalten og f\u00e5 st\u00f8rre hud- og muskelskader end n\u00e5r man falder p\u00e5 en markvej eller i skoven.<\/p>\n<p>Men lad os tage et andet perspektiv.<\/p>\n<h3>Hvordan p\u00e5virker sport det menneskelige bev\u00e6geapparat?<\/h3>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/d2p6e6u75xmxt8.cloudfront.net\/7\/2017\/02\/profimedia-0190517180-768x512.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-253\" src=\"https:\/\/d2p6e6u75xmxt8.cloudfront.net\/7\/2017\/02\/profimedia-0190517180-768x512.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"768\" height=\"512\" srcset=\"https:\/\/d2p6e6u75xmxt8.cloudfront.net\/7\/2017\/02\/profimedia-0190517180-768x512.jpg 768w, https:\/\/d2p6e6u75xmxt8.cloudfront.net\/7\/2017\/02\/profimedia-0190517180-768x512-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/d2p6e6u75xmxt8.cloudfront.net\/7\/2017\/02\/profimedia-0190517180-768x512-272x182.jpg 272w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 768px) 100vw, 768px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Man skal have en god holdning p\u00e5 cyklen, den skal have den rigtige st\u00f8rrelse og de forskellige dele skal tilpasses de individuelle behov for hver enkel cykelrytter. Det er ogs\u00e5 vigtigt at tage h\u00f8jde for medf\u00f8dte defekter, tidligere skader eller rygsmerter.<\/p>\n<p>P\u00e5 grund af forskellene i positur er der ogs\u00e5 forskel p\u00e5, hvordan man bruger muskelgrupperne. Landevejsryttere bruger prim\u00e6rt benmusklerne, is\u00e6r l\u00e5r- og l\u00e6gmuskler, fordi det er en monoton k\u00f8reform, der overanstrenger musklerne i det omr\u00e5de.<\/p>\n<p>Det st\u00f8rste problem ved landevejscykling er, at rytterne altid b\u00f8jer sig fremad ad hensyn til aerodynamikken. Det er derfor, vi tit v\u00e6lger at sidde lavt. S\u00e5dan en positur f\u00e5r os til at holde og str\u00e6kke vores skuldre og g\u00f8r brystkassen flad, hvilket indsn\u00e6vrer den interkostale plads. Organerne i bughulen bliver tvunget ind i brysthulen og skubber mellemgulvet op, hvilket hindrer og \u00e6ndrer vejrtr\u00e6kningen. P\u00e5 en landevejscykel, er overkroppens prim\u00e6re funktion at stabilisere dig i forhold til benenes bev\u00e6gelse. Den s\u00e6nkede, aerodynamiske positur g\u00f8r, at du vipper hovedet bagover for at se ordentligt. Over lang tid kan landevejscykling skabe \u00e6ndringer i halshvirvels\u00f8jlen. Hos en voksen kan en foroverb\u00f8jet stilling rykke midten af den geleagtige midte af diskus i rygs\u00f8jlen bagud. En typisk konsekvens er diskusprolaps \u2013 den flyttede diskus presser nerver\u00f8dderne. Landevejscykling sp\u00e6nder kropsstammen. Arme er en uundv\u00e6rlig del af posituren og overkroppens muskler engageres mere. Fordi siddeposituren er mere oprejst, belastes rygs\u00f8jlen ikke s\u00e5 meget. I stedet er rygs\u00f8jlen mere udsat for st\u00f8d, som bliver overf\u00f8rt fra armene til rygs\u00f8jlen. Mountainbikere sidder ikke s\u00e5 foroverb\u00f8jet, men hvis de ofte k\u00f8rer i h\u00e5rdt terr\u00e6n m\u00e5 rygs\u00f8jlen modst\u00e5 mange st\u00f8d, hvilket i ekstreme tilf\u00e6lde kan f\u00f8re til diskusskader. Mountainbikere f\u00e5r ogs\u00e5 pres p\u00e5 L5\/S1-omr\u00e5det, men ikke s\u00e5 kraftigt. De \u00f8vre og nedre muskelgrupper hos mountainbikeryttere engageres n\u00e6sten lige meget.<\/p>\n<p>S\u00e5 uanset om du er dedikeret landevejsrytter eller entusiastisk mountainbiker, s\u00e5 husk, som med enhver anden sport, har cykling ogs\u00e5 konsekvenser.<\/p>\n<p>Som jeg ser det, er landevejscykling mere anstrengende end MTB. Mountainbikere \u00e6ndrer positur hyppigere og \u00e6ndrer v\u00e6gtdistributionen, placeringen af store led og de engagerede muskler. Ser man samlet p\u00e5 p\u00e5virkningen af skelet og muskler, s\u00e5 er det bedre for kroppen end den aerodynamiske siddepositur og monotone bev\u00e6gelse fra landevejscykling.
