Her er et par tips, som kan hj\u00e6lpe dig med at kickstarte din livsstil og dine tr\u00e6ningsvaner, s\u00e5 du kan komme i l\u00f8bsform s\u00e5 hurtigt som muligt i det nye \u00e5r.<\/strong><br \/>\n<!--more--><\/p>\n<h2><strong>K\u00f8r p\u00e5 cyklen hver dag<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Det vigtigste er, at du kommer i gang med rytmen med at k\u00f8re regelm\u00e6ssigt. Giv dig selv en udfordring med at k\u00f8re p\u00e5 cyklen mindst 7 dage i tr\u00e6k<a href=\"https:\/\/www.welovecycling.com\/wide\/2019\/06\/04\/beginner-50k-training-plan-week-1\/\"> hvis du er nybegynder<\/a> eller 14 dage, hvis du er s\u00e6soncyklist. M\u00e5ls\u00e6tningen er ikke at opn\u00e5 et bestemt antal kilometer eller timer med h\u00f8j intensitet. Det handler bare om at v\u00e6nne sig til at sidde p\u00e5 cyklen og komme ind i en god rytme med cykling i 2022. Du kan k\u00f8re nogle lange ture, nogle intense korte ture eller ogs\u00e5 bare k\u00f8re p\u00e5 cykel ned til det lokale supermarked. Du skal ikke undervurdere betydningen af at v\u00e6re en del af det lokale cykelf\u00e6llesskab. Uanset om det er med vennerne, familien, cykelklubben eller<a href=\"https:\/\/www.welovecycling.com\/wide\/2020\/05\/22\/new-opportunities-in-the-age-of-virtual-competition\/\"> grupper med virtuel tr\u00e6ning<\/a>, s\u00e5 er det vigtigt, at du er med som en del af det. S\u00f8rg for at komme med p\u00e5 f\u00e6llesture, til e-l\u00f8b eller et indend\u00f8rs arrangement inden for den n\u00e6ste uges tid. Det betyder ikke noget, om du er i form eller ej. Det vigtige er at holde kontakten og dele gl\u00e6den ved cykling med nogle af de mennesker, som betyder noget for dig. Disse mennesker vil v\u00e6re dine st\u00f8tter resten af \u00e5ret. Dit f\u00e6llesskab vil hj\u00e6lpe dig tilbage p\u00e5 cyklen, n\u00e5r du har det sv\u00e6rt, og v\u00e6re med til at fejre dine succeser.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Nulstil din s\u00f8vn<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>S\u00f8vn er ikke kun vigtig for restitutionen og for at blive bedre til at cykle. God s\u00f8vn g\u00f8r ogs\u00e5, at du kan nyde cyklingen meget mere og har energi og entusiasme til at k\u00f8re en tur, selvom forholdene ikke er perfekte. Hvis du g\u00f8r det rigtigt, kan den give dig masser af energi, hurtig restitution og en slank krop. Desv\u00e6rre er der mange m\u00e5der til at spise rigtigt og forkert, og det meste af det handler om individuelle behov og pr\u00e6ferencer. En ting vil helt sikkert hj\u00e6lpe n\u00e6sten alle, der cykler \u2013 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.welovecycling.com\/wide\/2017\/10\/18\/use-low-temperature-cooking-improve-health\/\">madlavning<\/a>! Hvis du afs\u00e6tter tid til selv at tilberede i hvert fald nogle af dine m\u00e5ltider, s\u00e5 vil du helt sikkert forbedre din kost. Hjemmelavede m\u00e5ltider er mindre tilberedte og indeholder flere fibre og vigtigt n\u00e6ringsstoffer. Det vil koste noget tid, men hvis du g\u00f8r det til en del af din daglige rutine, s\u00e5 vil det i h\u00f8j grad kunne betale sig!<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Suppler cyklingen med styrketr\u00e6ning i 2022<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Den sidste brik i puslespillet, som vil hj\u00e6lpe dig med at kickstarte cyklingen i 2021, er <a href=\"https:\/\/www.welovecycling.com\/wide\/2020\/06\/23\/how-to-avoid-detraining-maintain-strength-and-flexibility\/\">styrketr\u00e6ning<\/a>.
