Ved du, hvordan det beregnes, og hvad resultatet betyder? <\/strong><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Cykling er en sport, hvor st\u00f8rrelsen p\u00e5 den kraft, du kan generere med dine ben, har markant indflydelse p\u00e5, hvor hurtig du er. Men absolut ydelse er ikke det eneste, det handler om. Tager vi for eksempel to cykelryttere, hvor den ene kan tr\u00e6de med 250 watt (W) og den anden kun kan tr\u00e6de med 240 watt, hvem af de to cykelrykkere vil s\u00e5 vinde et cykell\u00f8b til toppen af Alpe d\u2019Huez? Det vil da v\u00e6re ham, som kan tr\u00e6de med 250 watt. Vil det ikke? Nej, det vil det ikke, hvis han vejer 100 kg, og den anden kun vejer 65 kg. Det skyldes, at det er h\u00e5rdt at b\u00e6re rundt p\u00e5 en masse v\u00e6gt, n\u00e5r det g\u00e5r op ad bakke. Ogs\u00e5 selv om det foreg\u00e5r p\u00e5 en cykel. Cykelryttere med en st\u00f8rre kropsv\u00e6gt har s\u00e6dvanligvis ogs\u00e5 st\u00f8rre muskelmasse og flere kr\u00e6fter, men de har til geng\u00e6ld ogs\u00e5 mere v\u00e6gt, som de skal have med sig op ad bakke. S\u00e5 det eneste, du skal g\u00f8re, er at dividere din maksimale ydeevne i watt med din legemsv\u00e6gt i kilo.<\/p>\n<p><strong>PWR = maksimal ydelse (watt) \/ legemsv\u00e6gt (kg)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>For eksempel har en cykelrytter med en kropsv\u00e6gt p\u00e5 80 kg og en maksimal ydeevne p\u00e5 280 watt et kraft-v\u00e6gt-forhold p\u00e5 3,5 watt pr. kg eller 3,5 W\/kg, hvilket undertiden udtrykkes p\u00e5 f\u00f8lgende m\u00e5de: 3,5W.kg-1.<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-size: 18pt;\"><strong>Forholdet mellem kr\u00e6fter og v\u00e6gt knytter sig til et bestemt tidsinterval<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Det er vigtigt at huske p\u00e5, at forholdet mellem kr\u00e6fter og v\u00e6gt ikke er et statisk tal. Det knytter sig altid til et specifikt tidsinterval. Hvis vores cykelrytter eksempelvis kan opretholde de f\u00f8rn\u00e6vnte 280 watt i 60 minutter, s\u00e5 relaterer hans kraft-v\u00e6gt-forhold p\u00e5 3,5 W\/kg sig til de p\u00e5g\u00e6ldende 60 minutter. I 30 minutter vil hans kraft-v\u00e6gt-forhold kunne v\u00e6re 4 W\/g og m\u00e5ske endda 4,5 W\/kg i 15 minutter.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-2188\" src=\"https:\/\/d2p6e6u75xmxt8.cloudfront.net\/7\/2020\/07\/Alpe-dHuez-climb.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1920\" height=\"1281\" \/><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-size: 18pt;\"><strong>Test din egen kraftudladning<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Som du kan se, har du brug for to tal til at kunne beregne dit eget kraft-v\u00e6gt-forhold \u2013 v\u00e6gt og kraftudladning. V\u00e6gtdelen er nem nok. Her kan du bruge en hvilken som helst badev\u00e6gt. Resultatet vil h\u00f8jst sandsynligt v\u00e6re n\u00f8jagtigt nok. Det andet tal kr\u00e6ver en m\u00e5ling af kraftudladningen. For at finde frem til dette tal skal du bruge en cykel med en p\u00e5lidelig wattm\u00e5ler. Du kan f\u00e5 en wattm\u00e5ler, der er indbygget i pedalerne, eller en, som er indbygget i den ene pedalarm eller i begge pedalarme, i kranken eller i navet p\u00e5 baghjulet.\u00a0 Hvis du ikke lige har lyst til at skulle investere i en s\u00e5dan m\u00e5ler, kan du pr\u00f8ve at unders\u00f8ge, om der er et fitnesscenter eller en cykelforretning, der har en WattBike, du kan l\u00e5ne til form\u00e5let.<\/p>\n<p>For at m\u00e5le den maksimale ydelse skal du f\u00f8rst varme op med lette pedalomdrejninger i cirka 10 minutter og derefter holde nogle minutters pause. Derefter skal du tr\u00e6de s\u00e5 kraftigt til i pedalerne, at du efter din egen vurdering vil kunne holde til 20 minutters cykling, og registrere din gennemsnitlige ydeevne i watt. Dette er din 20-minutters maksimale ydeevne. P\u00e5 basis af denne v\u00e6rdi kan du estimere din maksimale kraftudladning i 1 time, hvilket rundt regnet vil v\u00e6re 5-10 % lavere.
