Lad os tage et kig p\u00e5 diverse crosstr\u00e6ning-\u00f8velser, der d\u00e6kker omr\u00e5derne styrke, kraft, mobilitet, smidighed og kondition uanset vejr eller \u00e5rstid.<\/strong><!--more--><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-size: 18pt;\"><strong>Styrke<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Styrketr\u00e6ning er formentlig det eneste, der beviseligt modvirker skader ved sportsud\u00f8velse. Men ikke kun det \u2013 opbygning af styrke i dine ben medvirker samtidig ogs\u00e5 til gode cykelpr\u00e6stationer. Derfor b\u00f8r det ogs\u00e5 regelm\u00e6ssigt indg\u00e5 i din crosstr\u00e6ning-plan. Ideelt set b\u00f8r du have mindst to styrketr\u00e6ningssessioner om ugen. Hvis du fjerner bev\u00e6gelsesm\u00e6ssige begr\u00e6nsninger og holder din krop smidig, vil du opn\u00e5 store resultater med b\u00e5de krop og cykelpr\u00e6stationer, og du vil opleve et generelt st\u00f8rre velbefindende. Her kommer yoga, pilates og tai-chi ind i billedet. Disse tr\u00e6ningsformer hj\u00e6lper dig med at f\u00e5 l\u00f8snet op for sp\u00e6ndte muskler \u2013 ikke mindst efter mange timer foran computeren, fjernsynet eller p\u00e5 cyklen. Og s\u00e5 l\u00e6rer de dig at styre \u00e5ndedr\u00e6ttet bedre, hvilket er en bonus for alle atleter. Men der er nogle f\u00e5 \u00f8velser, der kan f\u00e5 det til at lykkes, hvis du har behov for det. En af de mest sikre m\u00e5der at f\u00e5 pulsen op p\u00e5 er ved at lave burpees. Det eneste, du skal bruge, er lidt plads. Du har ikke brug for noget udstyr, og du vil lynhurtigt begynde at svede.
