Lad os se n\u00e6rmere p\u00e5 de nyeste unders\u00f8gelser om tr\u00e6ning i forhold til immunforsvaret.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-size: 18pt;\"><strong>\u201d\u00c5bent vindue\u201d-hypotesen<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Hvis du nogensinde har h\u00f8rt, at tr\u00e6ning kan neds\u00e6tte dit immunforsvar, skyldes det nok \u201d\u00e5bent vindue\u201d-hypotesen. Den antager, at immunforsvaret er nedsat i timerne efter intens tr\u00e6ning, hvilket kan medf\u00f8re \u00f8get risiko for infektioner i de efterf\u00f8lgende dage. Problemet er, at denne teori er baseret p\u00e5 et meget gammelt grundlag og f\u00f8rst er blevet gennemg\u00e5et igen for nylig.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_2141\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-2141\" style=\"width: 1024px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><a href=\"https:\/\/d2p6e6u75xmxt8.cloudfront.net\/2\/2019\/06\/bicycle-cycling-cyclist-38296-1.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-large wp-image-2141\" src=\"https:\/\/d2p6e6u75xmxt8.cloudfront.net\/7\/2020\/06\/bicycle-cycling-cyclist-38296-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1024\" height=\"731\" \/><\/a><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-2141\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">\u201d\u00c5bent vindue\u201d-hypotesen er baseret p\u00e5 et meget gammelt grundlag og er f\u00f8rst blevet gennemg\u00e5et igen for nylig.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<h2><span style=\"font-size: 18pt;\"><strong>En ny gennemgang viser, at sagen er en anden<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Forfatterne John P. Campbell og James E. Turner besluttede sig for at unders\u00f8ge denne hypotese og offentliggjorde deres resultater i magasinet Frontiers in Immunology i 2018. Overskriften p\u00e5 deres unders\u00f8gelse taler for sig selv \u2013 \u201dPunktering af myten om immunforsvarsneds\u00e6ttelse p\u00e5 grund af tr\u00e6ning: en ny definition af tr\u00e6nings indvirkning p\u00e5 den immunologiske sundhed igennem hele livet\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>De s\u00e5 n\u00e6rmere p\u00e5 hj\u00f8rnestenene i \u201d\u00e5bent vindue\u201d-hypotesen og fandt problemer ved dem alle. If\u00f8lge dem er der begr\u00e6nset p\u00e5lidelig evidens, der underst\u00f8tter p\u00e5standen om, at intens tr\u00e6ning \u00f8ger risikoen for infektioner. De har ligeledes p\u00e5vist, at forandringer i slimhindeimmuniteten efter tr\u00e6ning ikke er udtryk for en periode med nedsat immunforsvar. Regelm\u00e6ssig fysisk aktivitet kan m\u00e5ske endda begr\u00e6nse eller forsinke immunforsvarets aldring.<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-size: 18pt;\"><strong>Lange ture udg\u00f8r sandsynligvis ikke en fare for dit immunforsvar<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Denne nye gennemgang viser, at p\u00e5standen om, at h\u00e5rd tr\u00e6ning neds\u00e6tter immunforsvaret og g\u00f8r folk mere modtagelige over for sygdomme, st\u00e5r svagt. Gennemgangen bekr\u00e6fter endnu en gang de mange fordele, der er ved regelm\u00e6ssig tr\u00e6ning i forhold til sundhed og folks immunforsvar p\u00e5 den lange bane.
