Vi ser p\u00e5 fem tr\u00e6ningsformer, der passer godt til cykling.<\/strong><br \/>\n<!--more--><\/p>\n<h2><strong>Sv\u00f8mning<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Sv\u00f8mning er storartet til at tr\u00e6ne cardio og styrke og til at opbygge lungekapacitet, og det er en tr\u00e6ningsform, der ikke belaster dine led. Det holder dine ben- og ballemuskler i form, n\u00e5r du ikke kan cykle.
