V\u00e1clava Klementa 869, 293 01 Mlad\u00e1 Boleslav, Tjekkiet, CVR-nummer 00177041, registreret i handelsregisteret ved Byretten i Prag, sektion B, filnummer 332 (herefter kaldet \u201cV\u00e6rten\u201d).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Arrang\u00f8ren, som er ansvarlig for den praktiske gennemf\u00f8relse af konkurrencen, er MUSTARD s.r.o., med adresse i Praha 1 \u2013 Nov\u00e9 M\u011bsto, Masarykovo n\u00e1b\u0159. 246, 110 00, Tjekkiet, CVR-nummer 28531418, registreret i handelsregisteret ved Byretten i Prag, sektion C, indgang 148383 (herefter kaldet \u201cArrang\u00f8ren\u201d).<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><b>Konkurrenceperiode og -sted, runder<\/b><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Runde 1 \u2013 28.06.2025 kl. 00:01 (CET) til 04.07.2025 kl. 23:59 (CET)<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Runde 2 \u2013 05.07.2025 kl. 00:01 (CET) til 11.07.2025 kl. 23:59 (CET)<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Runde 3 \u2013 12.07.2025 kl. 00:01 (CET) til 18.07.2025 kl. 23:59 (CET)<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Runde 4 \u2013 19.07.2025 kl. 00:01 (CET) til 25.07.2025 kl. 23:59 (CET)<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Runde 5 \u2013 26.07.2025 kl. 00:01 (CET) til 03.08.2025 kl. 23:59 (CET)<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Konkurrencen afholdes p\u00e5 websiden <\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/www.welovecycling.com\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">www.welovecycling.com<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (herefter &#8220;Konkurrencesiden&#8221;), som er den prim\u00e6re platform for kommunikation med deltagerne.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><b>Deltagere<\/b><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Konkurrencen er \u00e5ben for enhver person, der er fyldt 18 \u00e5r og bosat i et af de lande, hvor konkurrencen afholdes: ANDORRA, AUSTRALIEN, \u00d8STRIG, BELGIEN, BOSNIEN, BULGARIEN, KROATIEN, TJEKKIET, DANMARK, ESTLAND, FINLAND, FRANKRIG, TYSKLAND, STORBRITANNIEN, GR\u00c6KENLAND, UNGARN, ISLAND, IRLAND, ITALIEN, LETLAND, LIECHTENSTEIN, LITAUEN, LUXEMBOURG, MONTENEGRO, NEDERLANDENE, NORGE, POLEN, PORTUGAL, RUM\u00c6NIEN, SERBIEN, SLOVAKIET, SLOVENIEN, SPANIEN, SVERIGE, SCHWEIZ, UKRAINE.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">For at deltage i konkurrencen skal man registrere sig p\u00e5 konkurrencesiden og acceptere disse betingelser. Under registreringen skal man oplyse sin e-mailadresse, som kun anvendes til konkurrencens form\u00e5l.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Hver deltager kan kun registrere sig \u00e9n gang med sin egen e-mailadresse. V\u00e6rten forbeholder sig retten til at kontrollere dette teknisk og organisatorisk.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Personer, der har deltaget i tilrettel\u00e6ggelsen af konkurrencen, herunder ansatte og samarbejdspartnere hos v\u00e6rten, arrang\u00f8ren, autoriserede \u0160koda-partnere og de involverede bureauer, samt disses familie og n\u00e6re relationer, m\u00e5 ikke deltage.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><b>Mekanisme og udv\u00e6lgelse af vindere<\/b><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Deltagerens opgave er at besvare fem konkurrencesp\u00f8rgsm\u00e5l korrekt. Deltagere, der svarer rigtigt p\u00e5 alle fem sp\u00f8rgsm\u00e5l og registrerer sig korrekt, har mulighed for at vinde pr\u00e6mier.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">I hver runde udv\u00e6lges vindere baseret p\u00e5 positionerne:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Runder 1, 3 og 5: 1\/11 til 9\/11<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Runde 2: 1\/11 til 7\/11<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Runde 4: 1\/17 til 16\/17<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Antallet af deltagere divideres og afrundes ned til n\u00e6rmeste heltal.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Listen over deltagere sorteres kronologisk efter tidspunktet for indsendelse. For eksempel: Ved 7183 deltagere i runde 1, er vinderpositionerne 653., 1306., 1959. osv.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Vinderne informeres via den e-mail, de oplyste ved registrering, senest fem dage efter den enkelte rundes afslutning.
