Maso nav\u00edc neobsahuje vl\u00e1kninu, kter\u00e1 zpomaluje tr\u00e1ven\u00ed, co\u017e m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt nap\u0159\u00edklad v pr\u016fb\u011bhu etapov\u00e9ho z\u00e1vodu jako Tour probl\u00e9m. Je pot\u0159eba ale p\u0159izp\u016fsobit velikost porce a druh j\u00eddla, kter\u00e9 vyb\u00edr\u00e1m tomu, jak\u00fd v\u00fdkon m\u011b je\u0161t\u011b \u010dek\u00e1 po pauze. Maso samo o sob\u011b probl\u00e9m nen\u00ed.
