Pravidlem \u010d\u00edslo jedna je tedy z\u00a0j\u00eddeln\u00ed\u010dku vy\u0159adit nebo v\u00fdrazn\u011b omezit tyto druhy masa.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Pozor na vysok\u00e9 teploty<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Opravdov\u00e9, nezpracovan\u00e9 maso m\u016f\u017ee tak\u00e9 p\u0159edstavovat zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00e9 riziko vzniku rakoviny. Tomu v\u0161ak na\u0161t\u011bst\u00ed m\u016f\u017eeme p\u0159edej\u00edt t\u00edm, \u017ee jej budeme p\u0159ipravovat \u0161etrn\u011b.<\/p>\n<p>P\u0159i \u00faprav\u011b masa za vysok\u00fdch teplot, zejm\u00e9na nad 150 \u00b0C vznikaj\u00ed karcinogenn\u00ed l\u00e1tky jako nap\u0159\u00edklad Heterocyklick\u00e9 aminy \u010di Polyaromatick\u00e9 uhlovod\u00edky. V\u00fdborn\u011b funguje \u010desnek, \u010derven\u00e9 v\u00edno, citr\u00f3nov\u00e1 \u0161\u0165\u00e1va nebo olivov\u00fd olej. Hluboce sma\u017een\u00e9mu masu je z\u00a0tohoto hlediska lep\u0161\u00ed se vyhnout \u00fapln\u011b, tak jako pr\u016fmyslov\u011b zpracovan\u00e9mu masu.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Nejvhodn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed je mix r\u016fzn\u00fdch druh\u016f masa<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Pro ty, kte\u0159\u00ed cht\u011bj\u00ed j\u00edt je\u0161t\u011b o krok d\u00e1le, je tady je\u0161t\u011b ot\u00e1zka kvality a druh\u016f masa. V\u00a0minul\u00e9m \u010dl\u00e1nku jsme si \u0159\u00edkali, \u017ee bio maso obsahuje v\u00a0pr\u016fm\u011bru lep\u0161\u00ed spektrum tuk\u016f, co\u017e z\u00a0n\u011bj d\u011bl\u00e1 o n\u011bco vhodn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed volbu.
