Za\u010d\u00edn\u00e1m \u0161lapat. Jana \u017d\u00eddekov\u00e1 mi do ped\u00e1l\u016f nastavuje 50 watt\u016f. To je jako takov\u00e9 lehk\u00e9 rozjet\u00ed po cyklostezce. Usm\u00edv\u00e1m se, a je\u0161t\u011b st\u00edh\u00e1m kolegyni Mark\u00e9t\u011b ukazovat posunky, a\u0165 m\u011b nefot\u00ed p\u0159es dr\u00e1ty vedouc\u00ed k po\u010d\u00edta\u010di.<\/p>\n<p>Po dvou minut\u00e1ch Jana p\u0159id\u00e1v\u00e1 dal\u0161\u00edch t\u0159icet watt\u016f. Je to jako kdy\u017e se cyklostezka m\u00edrn\u011b zved\u00e1 nahoru. Jana s Mark\u00e9tou sleduj\u00ed grafy, zat\u00edmco state\u010dn\u011b \u0161lapu. Ob\u010das se pod\u00edv\u00e1m na chytr\u00e9 hodinky a sleduji, jak mi tep \u201cjede\u201d nahoru.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>O 57 procent lep\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00e1 populace<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Jana \u201cutahuje\u201d \u0161rouby, dal\u0161\u00ed dv\u011b minuty pojedu se 110 watty v noh\u00e1ch, a postupn\u011b p\u0159id\u00e1v\u00e1 a\u017e na 208 W. Tep mi vylet\u011bl na hodnotu 150 za minutu. Jana s Mark\u00e9tou m\u011b hecuj\u00ed. \u201cPoj\u010f, poj\u010f, poj\u010f. Jde ti to dob\u0159e, je\u0161t\u011b minuta.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Zatnu zuby a \u0161lapu, co to jde. U\u017e ani moc nevn\u00edm\u00e1m, co si pov\u00eddaj\u00ed. Reaguji a\u017e kdy\u017e Jana za\u010dne m\u00e1vat rukama na znamen\u00ed, \u017ee test skon\u010dil.<\/p>\n<p>V\u00fdsledek? Dos\u00e1hla jsem VO2 peaku 2,59 l\/min. (hodnota maxim\u00e1ln\u00edho objemu kysl\u00edku, kter\u00fd je sportovec schopen vyu\u017e\u00edt). Jsem na tom mnohem l\u00e9pe ne\u017e pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00e1 populace. Je ale vid\u011bt, \u017ee M\u00ed\u0161a se na kole jen voz\u00ed. M\u00e1 zna\u010dnou rezervu, kterou by \u0161lo vyu\u017e\u00edt i k z\u00e1vod\u011bn\u00ed. Doporu\u010dil bych j\u00ed p\u0159idat na objemu, to znamen\u00e1 jezdit v\u00edce a tr\u00e9ninky zam\u011b\u0159it i na silovou vytrvalost &#8211; za\u0159adit do nich i rychlej\u0161\u00ed intervaly.\u201c<\/p>\n<p>Co to znamen\u00e1 mi podrobn\u011b vysv\u011btluje Jana \u017d\u00eddekov\u00e1. To znamen\u00e1 jet 10 minut v tempu a 5 minut voln\u011bji.
