Cyklocomputer \u010di chytr\u00e9 hodinky nechte doma, na telefonu vypn\u011bte v\u0161echny modern\u00ed aplikace v\u010detn\u011b GPS. Zprvu se mo\u017en\u00e1 takov\u00e1 j\u00edzda ur\u010dit\u011b bude zd\u00e1t jako ztr\u00e1ta \u010dasu a promarn\u011bn\u00e1 p\u0159\u00edle\u017eitost. Vytvo\u0159\u00ed to ale skv\u011blou p\u0159\u00edle\u017eitost zase o n\u011bco v\u00edce vn\u00edmat pocit z j\u00edzdy samotn\u00e9.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Vyhn\u011bte se otravn\u00fdm tras\u00e1m<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>N\u011bkter\u00e9 trasy jsou pro tr\u00e9nink jako stvo\u0159en\u00e9, maj\u00ed to spr\u00e1vn\u00e9 p\u0159ev\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed a povrch. \u010casto ale maj\u00ed jin\u00e9, zd\u00e1nliv\u011b ne tak podstatn\u00e9 nev\u00fdhody. Mo\u017en\u00e1 mus\u00edte projet cel\u00fdm m\u011bstem, ne\u017e se dostanete na start. Mo\u017en\u00e1 je v\u011bt\u0161ina trasy na cest\u00e1ch se spoustou aut, hluku nebo jednodu\u0161e nehezk\u00e9ho prost\u0159ed\u00ed. V\u0161echny tyhle aspekty sice nevad\u00ed tak moc v\u00a0tr\u00e9ninku samotn\u00e9m, ale hraj\u00ed roli v\u00a0tom, jak\u00fd pocit pak m\u00e1te po p\u0159\u00edjezdu doma.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Zm\u011b\u0148te pohled na stoup\u00e1n\u00ed<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>N\u011bkter\u00e9 trasy maj\u00ed opa\u010dn\u00fd probl\u00e9m. Jede se malebnou p\u0159\u00edrodou za zp\u011bvu pt\u00e1\u010dk\u016f a po cest\u011b jsou kr\u00e1sn\u00e9 v\u00fdhledy, ale na trase je strm\u00e9 stoup\u00e1n\u00ed, jemu\u017e se t\u011b\u017eko vyhnete. J\u00edzda do kopce bol\u00ed a je p\u0159irozen\u00e9 se bolesti vyh\u00fdbat. Pouh\u00e1 zm\u011bna n\u00e1hledu m\u016f\u017ee bolest v nohou a plic\u00edch zm\u00edrnit. V\u00fdzkum toti\u017e ukazuje, \u017ee bolest spojen\u00e1 s negativn\u00edmi emocemi je vn\u00edman\u00e1 h\u016f\u0159 ne\u017e kdy\u017e se v\u00e1\u017ee s emocemi pozitivn\u00edmi.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Kdy\u017e nec\u00edt\u00edte motivaci zevnit\u0159, dejte si pauzu<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>P\u0159ihl\u00e1\u0161ka na nov\u00fd z\u00e1vod, nov\u00e9 kolo nebo nov\u00e1 lokalita dok\u00e1\u017e\u00ed zajistit spoustu motivace.
