Seri\u00e1l We Love Cycling zmapoval, kter\u00e1 k\u00e1va je pro cyklisty ide\u00e1ln\u00ed, v \u010dem je prosp\u011b\u0161n\u00e1 a kolik \u0161\u00e1lku za den si m\u016f\u017eeme dop\u0159\u00e1t. V posledn\u00ed \u010d\u00e1sti s\u00e9rie se tedy pod\u00edv\u00e1me na to, jak ji nejl\u00e9pe za\u0159adit do tr\u00e9ninku \u010di z\u00e1vodu, abychom z k\u00e1vy vyt\u011b\u017eili maximum.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2><strong>K\u00e1va pom\u016f\u017ee v\u00a0tr\u00e9ninku i z\u00e1vod\u011b<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Velk\u00e1 spousta v\u00fdzkumu jasn\u011b potvrzuje, \u017ee k\u00e1va, tedy zejm\u00e9na kofein v n\u00ed obsa\u017een\u00fd, dok\u00e1\u017ee znateln\u011b vylep\u0161it cyklistickou v\u00fdkonnost.
