V tomto d\u00edlu seri\u00e1lu We Love Cycling v\u011bnovan\u00e9ho k\u00e1v\u011b se pod\u00edv\u00e1me, co v\u00fdzkum \u0159\u00edk\u00e1 na prosp\u011b\u0161nost pit\u00ed k\u00e1vy a zodpov\u00edme ty nej\u010dast\u011bj\u0161\u00ed ot\u00e1zky.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2><strong>\u010c\u00edm v\u00edce k\u00e1vy, t\u00edm del\u0161\u00ed \u017eivot<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>V roce 2018 byla v JAMA Internal Medicine publikov\u00e1na opravdu rozs\u00e1hl\u00e1 studie, kter\u00e1 shrom\u00e1\u017edila data o t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 p\u016fl milion\u016f Brit\u016f. V\u00fdzkumn\u00edci zji\u0161\u0165ovali jejich n\u00e1vyky v pit\u00ed k\u00e1vy a cel\u00fd vzorek populace pak sledovali deset let a zaznamen\u00e1vali v\u00fdskyt nemoc\u00ed jako rakovina \u010di srde\u010dn\u00ed choroby a tak\u00e9 celkovou \u00famrtnost.<\/p>\n<p>V\u00fdsledky jejich studie jsou pro mnoh\u00e9 pom\u011brn\u011b p\u0159ekvapiv\u00e9. \u010c\u00edm v\u00edce k\u00e1vy \u010dlov\u011bk vypil, t\u00edm zdrav\u011bj\u0161\u00ed byl! Pravdou je, \u017ee tato studie m\u00e1 sv\u00e1 omezen\u00ed. Nejedn\u00e1 se o kontrolovan\u00fd experiment v laborato\u0159i, ale pouze o observa\u010dn\u00ed studii. Nelze tedy spolehliv\u011b \u0159\u00edci, zda k\u00e1va tyto v\u00fdsledky zp\u016fsobila nebo jestli byla jen souvisej\u00edc\u00edm faktorem.<\/p>\n<p>Na druhou stranu byla tato studie velice precizn\u00ed. Auto\u0159i vzali v potaz faktory, kter\u00e9 by mohly riziko nemoc\u00ed a \u00famrtnost tak\u00e9 ovlivnit jako v\u011bk, pohlav\u00ed, kou\u0159en\u00ed, konzumace alkoholu a podobn\u011b. V\u00fdsledky byly nav\u00edc platn\u00e9 pro v\u0161echny mo\u017en\u00e9 druhy p\u0159\u00edpravy k\u00e1vy i pro k\u00e1vu bez kofeinu.<\/p>\n<p>K\u00e1va nav\u00edc obsahuje antioxidanty a dal\u0161\u00ed \u017eiviny, kter\u00e9 v dal\u0161\u00edch studi\u00edch uk\u00e1zaly pozitivn\u00ed vliv na zdrav\u00ed. Celkov\u011b tedy tato studie podporuje n\u00e1zor, \u017ee konzumace k\u00e1vy m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt velmi prosp\u011b\u0161n\u00e1.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Dobr\u00fd d\u016fvod za\u010d\u00edt p\u00edt k\u00e1vu?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Erikka Loftfield, hlavn\u00ed autorka studie, se k\u00a0v\u00fdsledk\u016fm vyj\u00e1d\u0159ila n\u00e1sledovn\u011b: \u201eV sou\u010dasn\u00e9 dob\u011b tato studie m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt dobrou zpr\u00e1vou pro lidi, kte\u0159\u00ed ji\u017e k\u00e1vu pij\u00ed, nen\u00ed v\u0161ak n\u00e1vodem. V\u00fdsledky nejsou dostate\u010dn\u00fdm d\u016fvodem k\u00a0tomu, aby n\u011bkdo za\u010dal k\u00e1vu p\u00edt pro jej\u00ed pozitivn\u00ed vliv na zdrav\u00ed.\u201c<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/d2p6e6u75xmxt8.cloudfront.net\/13\/2020\/07\/WLC-k\u00e1va-3-\u010derven\u00fd-michal.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-8842\" src=\"https:\/\/d2p6e6u75xmxt8.cloudfront.net\/13\/2020\/07\/WLC-k\u00e1va-3-\u010derven\u00fd-michal.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1600\" height=\"1067\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>V\u00fdzkumn\u00edci jsou tedy ve sv\u00fdch doporu\u010den\u00edch opatrn\u00ed, a to je dob\u0159e. A\u017e dal\u0161\u00ed v\u00fdzkum uk\u00e1\u017ee.<\/p>\n<p>Je tedy d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 m\u00edt na pam\u011bti, \u017ee ne ka\u017ed\u00fd bude dob\u0159e reagovat na 8 \u0161\u00e1lk\u016f k\u00e1vy denn\u011b a mnoh\u00fdm lidem konzumace k\u00e1vy m\u016f\u017ee sni\u017eovat kvalitu sp\u00e1nku, co\u017e s dlouhov\u011bkost\u00ed nepom\u016f\u017ee. P\u00edt k\u00e1vu pro jej\u00ed chu\u0165 a p\u0159\u00edjemn\u00e9 chvilky s\u00a0t\u00edm spojen\u00e9 se zd\u00e1 jako lep\u0161\u00ed d\u016fvod ne\u017e snaha zajistit si s\u00a0jej\u00ed pomoc\u00ed dlouhodob\u00e9 zdrav\u00ed.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Je k\u00e1va bez kofeinu zdrav\u011bj\u0161\u00ed?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Z v\u00fd\u0161e uveden\u00e9 studie v\u00edme, \u017ee konzumace jak\u00e9koli k\u00e1vy, i t\u00e9 bez kofeinu je spojov\u00e1na s lep\u0161\u00edm zdrav\u00edm. K\u00e1va bez kofeinu je v\u0161ak oproti b\u011b\u017en\u00e9 jemn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed a \u0161etrn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed k tr\u00e1vic\u00edmu traktu.
