UCI po\u0159\u00e1d n\u011bco doh\u00e1n\u00ed, zat\u00edmco v\u00fdvoj je o krok nap\u0159ed.\u201c Miroslav Janout byl p\u0159es t\u0159i dek\u00e1dy mezin\u00e1rodn\u00edm rozhod\u010d\u00edm federace, ale i jeho slova nazna\u010duj\u00ed, \u017ee ve \u0161v\u00fdcarsk\u00e9m Aiglu by m\u011bli \u0161l\u00e1pnout na plyn a ochotn\u011bji se p\u0159izp\u016fsobovat standard\u016fm 21. stolet\u00ed.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Vezm\u011bte si t\u0159eba v\u00e1hov\u00fd limit kola. Jean-Christophe P\u00e9raud b\u00fdval skv\u011bl\u00fdm cyklistou a po st\u0159\u00edbru na horsk\u00fdch kolech v olympijsk\u00e9m Pekingu obsadil \u0161est let na to kone\u010dn\u00e9 druh\u00e9 m\u00edsto v Tour de France. A pak se v UCI stal \u0161\u00e9fem materi\u00e1lov\u00e9 komise, kter\u00e1 \u0159e\u0161\u00ed v\u0161e ohledn\u011b vybaven\u00ed z\u00e1vodn\u00edk\u016f.<\/p>\n<p>Kdy\u017e m\u011bl Francouz vybrat pravidlo, kter\u00e9 ho jako silni\u010dn\u00edho prof\u00edka nejv\u00edc \u0161tvalo, m\u011bl jasno. Samoz\u0159ejm\u011b! V\u00e1hov\u00fd limit. Tato regule byla v platnost uvedena v roce 2000, kdy se za\u010daly objevovat prvn\u00ed lehk\u00e9 karbonov\u00e9 r\u00e1my. D\u016fvod? P\u0159eci bezpe\u010dnost. \u017d\u00e1dn\u00e9 kolo nesm\u011blo p\u0159i zkou\u0161ce u rozhod\u010d\u00edch uk\u00e1zat na v\u00e1ze m\u00e9n\u011b ne\u017e 6,8 kilogramu, proto\u017ee by mohlo prasknout.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>V\u00e1hov\u00fd limit kola? UCI versus mafie konstrukt\u00e9r\u016f<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Jenom\u017ee dnes u\u017e v\u00e1ha \u017e\u00e1dnou bezpe\u010dnost negarantuje, proto\u017ee za dv\u011b dek\u00e1dy v\u00fdvoje se kola technologicky posunula v\u00edc ne\u017e za cel\u00fdch sto let p\u0159edt\u00edm. V\u00e1ha se sn\u00ed\u017eila a kvalita naopak zv\u00fd\u0161ila. Je proto sm\u011b\u0161n\u00e9 v roce 2020 nutit z\u00e1vodn\u00edky sedlat t\u011b\u017ek\u00e9 bicykly, kdy\u017e mo\u017enosti v\u00fdrobc\u016f jsou u\u017e jinde.<\/p>\n<p>\u201eJako d\u016fvod, pro\u010d UCI nechce limit sni\u017eovat, uv\u00e1d\u00ed sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed pevnosti r\u00e1mu a t\u00edm ohro\u017eenou bezpe\u010dnost z\u00e1vodn\u00edk\u016f,\u201c poodhaluje Janout, ale s\u00e1m v\u00ed, \u017ee dne\u0161n\u00ed bicykly se snadno dostanou na v\u00e1hu kolem 5,5 kilogram\u016f a v\u00fdrobci je \u2013 to aby profesion\u00e1l takov\u00e9 kolo u\u017e\u00edvaj\u00edc\u00ed nedostal pokutu \u2013 z\u00e1m\u011brn\u011b vyva\u017euj\u00ed, aby pravidlu vyhov\u011bli. \u201eA hned tak,\u201c tu\u0161\u00ed Janout, \u201eke zm\u011bn\u011b nedojde.\u201c<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/d2p6e6u75xmxt8.cloudfront.net\/13\/2020\/07\/kolo-pono\u017eky-froome.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-8987\" src=\"https:\/\/d2p6e6u75xmxt8.cloudfront.net\/13\/2020\/07\/kolo-pono\u017eky-froome.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1063\" height=\"1257\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>M\u016f\u017ee ale dnes argument UCI z v\u00fd\u0161e uveden\u00fdch d\u016fvod\u016f obst\u00e1t? Kola a\u0165 jsou sebeleh\u010d\u00ed, dnes u\u017e prakticky nepraskaj\u00ed. \u201eNepraskaj\u00ed, proto\u017ee se na nich nesm\u00ed z\u00e1vodit,\u201c reaguje v\u0161ak b\u00fdval\u00fd arbitr, ale moc dob\u0159e v\u00ed, \u017ee i dv\u011b dek\u00e1dy nastaven\u00e9 bari\u00e9ry mus\u00ed brzy padnout.<\/p>\n<p>\u201eNa jedn\u00e9 stran\u011b je n\u00e1zor UCI, na druh\u00e9 mafie konstrukt\u00e9r\u016f a v\u00fdrobc\u016f kol,\u201c \u0159\u00edk\u00e1 n\u011bkdej\u0161\u00ed rozhod\u010d\u00ed. \u201eVezm\u011bte si kotou\u010dov\u00e9 brzdy. Ka\u017ed\u00fd u\u017e dnes v\u00ed, \u017ee nez\u00e1le\u017e\u00ed, zda kolo m\u00e1 r\u00e1fkovou nebo diskovou brzdu, ale \u017ee z\u00e1sadn\u00ed veli\u010dinou je adheze galusky na povrchu. Jestli m\u00e1m super brzdu a zm\u00e1\u010dknu ji, zastav\u00edm sice ot\u00e1\u010den\u00ed kola, ale stejn\u011b padnu na hubu, proto\u017ee adheze nen\u00ed v po\u0159\u00e1dku. Jenom\u017ee velc\u00ed v\u00fdrobci na UCI zatla\u010dili a ta nem\u011bla jinou \u0161anci, proto\u017ee p\u0159i odm\u00edtav\u00e9m postoji by ztratila sponzory. A tak to mo\u017en\u00e1 brzo dopadne i s limitn\u00ed v\u00e1hou kol.\u201c<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Kosmick\u00e9 kolo za p\u016fl milionu korun?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Pravidla federace do detailu ur\u010duj\u00ed p\u0159\u00edpustn\u00e9 \u00fahly i d\u00e9lky pro konstrukci r\u00e1m\u016f, jak by m\u011bly vypadat, kolik v\u00e1\u017eit a dal\u0161\u00ed. C\u00edlem tohoto okle\u0161\u0165ov\u00e1n\u00ed je taky snaha zabr\u00e1nit v\u00fdrob\u011b kol ne\u00fanosn\u011b drah\u00fdch, jak\u00fdmi byly a dodnes jsou n\u011bkter\u00e9 speci\u00e1ly prim\u00e1rn\u011b se objevuj\u00edc\u00ed na velodromech dr\u00e1hov\u00e9 cyklistiky.<\/p>\n<p>Britov\u00e9 ned\u00e1vno uk\u00e1zali kosmick\u00fd stroj zrozen\u00fd ze spolupr\u00e1ce firem Lotus a Hope vyroben\u00fd pro jejich n\u00e1ro\u010f\u00e1k na olympijsk\u00e9 hry v Tokiu 2021. Sed\u00edte? Ne? Tak to rad\u011bji ud\u011blejte, proto\u017ee raketa s n\u00e1zvem HB.T stoj\u00ed 15500\u00a0 liber, p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b 450 tis\u00edc korun. Proto\u017ee v\u0161ichni jsou si rovni a v\u00fdkon \u010dlov\u011bka m\u00e1 b\u00fdt nad\u0159azen kvalit\u00e1m bicyklu.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Sklon sedla u\u017e se zm\u011bnil<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>UCI, a\u010d se to mo\u017en\u00e1 nezd\u00e1, nen\u00ed \u017e\u00e1dn\u00fd ob\u0159\u00ed apar\u00e1t a je otev\u0159en zm\u011bn\u00e1m. Probl\u00e9m ale je, \u017ee ve sv\u00e9 \u0161v\u00fdcarsk\u00e9 centr\u00e1le nem\u00e1 \u010dlov\u011bka, kter\u00fd by dok\u00e1zal studovat nuance ka\u017ed\u00e9 z regul\u00ed ve sv\u011btle v\u00fdsledk\u016f vze\u0161l\u00fdch z nov\u00fdch v\u00fdzkum\u016f a v\u00fdvoje. Je to dal\u0161\u00ed z t\u011bch zd\u00e1nliv\u00fdch nicotnost\u00ed, jich\u017e se ale p\u0159ed dv\u011bma lety ka\u017ed\u00fd chytil, a\u017e musela UCI zakro\u010dit. A od \u0159\u00edjna 2018 p\u0159ichystala p\u0159edpis ur\u010duj\u00edc\u00ed maxim\u00e1ln\u00ed p\u0159\u00edpustnou d\u00e9lku pono\u017eky \u010di n\u00e1vleku na tretry.
