V\u00fdzkumn\u00edci z University of Nottingham uk\u00e1zali, \u017ee produkce tepla v\u00a0t\u00e9to tukov\u00e9 tk\u00e1ni se v\u00fdrazn\u011b zvy\u0161uje po konzumaci k\u00e1vy! Zat\u00edm nev\u00edme, zda to bylo zp\u016fsobeno kofeinem nebo jinou l\u00e1tkou obsa\u017eenou v\u00a0k\u00e1v\u011b, ale v\u00fdsledky jsou to slibn\u00e9. M\u016f\u017ee to v\u0161ak m\u00edt re\u00e1ln\u00fd dopad na hubnut\u00ed?<\/p>\n<h2><strong>\u017deny, kter\u00e9 pij\u00ed 2-3 k\u00e1vy denn\u011b, maj\u00ed m\u00e9n\u011b podko\u017en\u00edho tuku<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>V\u00fdzkumn\u00edci z Anglia Ruskin University se rozhodli sledovat vztah mezi pit\u00edm k\u00e1vy a mno\u017estv\u00edm tuku v t\u011ble. Analyzovali data z rozs\u00e1hl\u00e9ho pr\u016fzkumu, kter\u00fd obsahoval dotazn\u00edk zji\u0161\u0165uj\u00edc\u00ed mno\u017estv\u00ed vypit\u00e9 k\u00e1vy a DXA m\u011b\u0159en\u00ed podko\u017en\u00edho tuku.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/d2p6e6u75xmxt8.cloudfront.net\/13\/2020\/07\/k\u00e1va.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-8706\" src=\"https:\/\/d2p6e6u75xmxt8.cloudfront.net\/13\/2020\/07\/k\u00e1va.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1080\" height=\"810\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Zjistili, \u017ee \u017eeny ve v\u011bku 20-44 let, kter\u00e9 pily 2-3 k\u00e1vy denn\u011b, m\u011bly o 3,4 procenta m\u00e9n\u011b t\u011blesn\u00e9ho tuku ne\u017e \u017eeny, kter\u00e9 k\u00e1vu nepily v\u016fbec. Ve v\u011bkov\u00e9 kategorii 45-69 let byl rozd\u00edl je\u0161t\u011b vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed, tvo\u0159il 4,1 procenta.<\/p>\n<p>V dotazn\u00edku se s\u010d\u00edtala konzumace b\u011b\u017en\u00e9 k\u00e1vy s k\u00e1vou bez kofeinu, tak\u017ee tyto rozd\u00edly nelze p\u0159ipsat pouze samotn\u00e9mu obsahu kofeinu. Auto\u0159i studie tak\u00e9 vysledovali, \u017ee tento vztah plat\u00ed pro ku\u0159\u00e1ky i neku\u0159\u00e1ky, pro zdrav\u00e9 i chronicky nemocn\u00e9 a tak\u00e9 pro mu\u017ee. U mu\u017e\u016f v\u0161ak byl tento vztah v\u00fdrazn\u011b slab\u0161\u00ed. Mu\u017ei ve v\u011bku 20-44 let, kte\u0159\u00ed pili 2-3 k\u00e1vy denn\u011b, m\u011bli pouze o 1,3 procenta tuku m\u00e9n\u011b ne\u017e ti, kte\u0159\u00ed k\u00e1vu nepili v\u016fbec.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Pom\u016f\u017ee k\u00e1va proti obezit\u011b?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>V\u00fdzkumn\u00edci upozor\u0148uj\u00ed, \u017ee studie m\u00e1 sv\u00e9 limitace. Studie zaznamenala pouze jeden bod v \u010dase, nevid\u00edme tedy, jak se vyv\u00edjelo mno\u017estv\u00ed tuku a konzumace k\u00e1vy v \u010dase.
