Poj\u010fme si tyto pojmy vyjasnit, abyste v\u017edy v\u011bd\u011bli, kter\u00fd je pro v\u00e1\u0161 tr\u00e9nink ten prav\u00fd.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Sladk\u00e1 chu\u0165 n\u00e1poje zvedne mor\u00e1lku p\u0159i vy\u010derp\u00e1n\u00ed<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Mohlo by se zd\u00e1t, \u017ee cukr je ve sportovn\u00edch n\u00e1poj\u00edch jen proto, aby dodal rychlou energii do t\u011bla. Nejl\u00e9pe se hod\u00ed p\u0159i intenzivn\u00edch tr\u00e9ninc\u00edch a za hork\u00fdch letn\u00edch dn\u00ed, kdy je pot\u0159eba dopl\u0148ovat opravdu co nejv\u00edce tekutin a vyhnout se z\u00e1rove\u0148 za\u017e\u00edvac\u00edm pot\u00ed\u017e\u00edm z p\u0159em\u00edry cukr\u016f v \u017ealudku.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Isotonick\u00fd n\u00e1poj<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Tento typ sportovn\u00edho n\u00e1poje m\u00e1 podobnou koncentraci cukru jako krev, tedy okolo 6\u20138 procent, co\u017e znamen\u00e1, \u017ee se vst\u0159eb\u00e1v\u00e1 rychle a z\u00e1rove\u0148 z\u00e1sobuje t\u011blo slu\u0161n\u00fdm mno\u017estv\u00edm energie. Nejl\u00e9pe se hod\u00ed na dlouh\u00e9 rovinat\u00e9 trat\u011b, kde nen\u00ed pot\u0159eba vyv\u00edjet maxim\u00e1ln\u00ed \u00fasil\u00ed.
