To, \u010demu se b\u011b\u017en\u011b \u0159\u00edk\u00e1 zjednodu\u0161en\u011b kalorie, jsou ve skute\u010dnosti kilokalorie, proto se tak\u00e9 pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 zkratka kcal a ne cal. Z\u00a0t\u011bchto d\u016fvod\u016f budeme muset jouly na kalorie p\u0159ev\u00e9st v\u00a0pom\u011bru 1 joul = 0,238902957619 kcal.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Cyklista je pouze 24% efektivn\u00ed motor<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Dal\u0161\u00edm probl\u00e9mem t\u00e9to rovnice je fakt, \u017ee \u010dlov\u011bk nen\u00ed stoprocentn\u011b efektivn\u00ed motor. Spoustu energie p\u0159i \u0161lap\u00e1n\u00ed na kole vynalo\u017e\u00edme na produkci tepla, udr\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed rovnov\u00e1hy a podobn\u011b. V\u00fd\u0161e zm\u00edn\u011bn\u00fd koeficient pro p\u0159evod mezi jouly a kilokaloriemi 0,2389 je shodou okolnost\u00ed velice podobn\u00fd. Oba v\u00fd\u0161e zm\u00edn\u011bn\u00e9 probl\u00e9my se tedy navz\u00e1jem vyru\u0161\u00ed, tak\u017ee nakonec sta\u010d\u00ed, kdy\u017e v\u00a0p\u016fvodn\u00ed rovnici nahrad\u00edme jouly za kcal.<\/p>\n<p>To, \u017ee jsme kalorie n\u00e1sobili 1000, abychom dostali kilokalorie (kcal) znamen\u00e1, \u017ee mus\u00edme v\u00a0rovnici upravit i \u010das. Posledn\u00ed zm\u011bnou tedy bude p\u0159idan\u00fd n\u00e1sobek koeficientem 3,6 tak, abychom mohli vypl\u0148ovat \u010das v\u00a0hodin\u00e1ch. V\u00fdsledn\u00e9 \u010d\u00edslo ud\u00e1v\u00e1 po\u010det sp\u00e1len\u00fdch kalori\u00ed b\u011bhem j\u00edzdy:\u00a0 v\u00fdkon (watty) * \u010das (hodiny) * 3,6 = energie (kcal).<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Froome dok\u00e1\u017ee udr\u017eet v\u00fdkon 414 watt\u016f za 30 minut<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Nyn\u00ed m\u016f\u017eeme snadno odpov\u011bd\u011bt na \u00favodn\u00ed ot\u00e1zku kolik kalori\u00ed sp\u00e1l\u00ed hodina j\u00edzdy, jestli\u017ee je 200 watt\u016f pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00fd v\u00fdkon sledovan\u00e9ho cyklisty: 200 watt\u016f * 1 hodina * 3,6 = 720 kcal.<\/p>\n<p>Jen pro zaj\u00edmavost, \u010dty\u0159n\u00e1sobn\u00fd v\u00edt\u011bz Tour de France Chris Froome z formace Ineos je schopn\u00fd udr\u017eet v\u00fdkon a\u017e 414 watt\u016f po dobu 30 minut.
