Je pro m\u011b vhodn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed isotonick\u00fd nebo hypotonick\u00fd n\u00e1poj? Po\u010d\u00edt\u00e1 se pivo jako iontov\u00fd n\u00e1poj? V t\u00e9to s\u00e9rii \u010dl\u00e1nk\u016f si zodpov\u00edme nej\u010dast\u011bj\u0161\u00ed dotazy, kter\u00e9 si za\u010d\u00ednaj\u00edc\u00ed, ale i pokro\u010dil\u00ed cyklist\u00e9 ohledn\u011b pitn\u00e9ho re\u017eimu pokl\u00e1daj\u00ed.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Je\u0161t\u011b, ne\u017e se dostaneme k\u00a0hydrataci na kole, je pot\u0159eba si ujasnit celkov\u00fd p\u0159\u00edstup k\u00a0pitn\u00e9mu re\u017eimu v\u00a0pr\u016fb\u011bhu dne. Na dlouh\u00fdch tr\u00e9ninc\u00edch a z\u00e1vodech je dobr\u00e9 vyp\u00edt mezi 500 a 1000 mililitr\u016f tekutin za hodinu. Leh\u010d\u00ed vyj\u00ed\u017e\u010fky nevy\u017eaduj\u00ed tolik tekutin, ale z\u00e1vis\u00ed to na okoln\u00ed teplot\u011b, m\u00ed\u0159e pocen\u00ed a intenzit\u011b v\u00fdkonu.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Pro kr\u00e1tk\u00e9 vyj\u00ed\u017e\u010fky sta\u010d\u00ed voda<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Pokud pl\u00e1nujete kr\u00e1tkou j\u00edzdu do hodiny, tak sta\u010d\u00ed kdy\u017e si do bidonu vezmete \u010distou vodu.
