Pokud v\u00e1s \u010dek\u00e1 z\u00e1vod v sobotu, tak pl\u00e1n podle pot\u0159eby posu\u0148te.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Prohl\u00e9dn\u011bte si tr\u00e9ninkov\u00e9 z\u00e1znamy, dodaj\u00ed sebev\u011bdom\u00ed<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>V tomto t\u00fddnu je dobr\u00e9 zkontrolovat op\u011bt kolo, zda je v perfektn\u00edm stavu.
