Co s\u00a0t\u00edm m\u016f\u017eete ud\u011blat vy, \u0159idi\u010di automobil\u016f? Jak lze p\u0159edj\u00ed\u017ed\u011bt bezpe\u010dn\u011b?<\/strong><br \/>\n<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Obecn\u011b plat\u00ed, \u017ee \u0159idi\u010di nesm\u00ed p\u0159edj\u00ed\u017ed\u011bt, pokud by to ohrozilo bezpe\u010dnost ostatn\u00edch \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edk\u016f silni\u010dn\u00edho provozu. Osobn\u011b se v\u017edy sna\u017e\u00edm p\u0159edjet cyklisty stejn\u00fdm zp\u016fsobem, jako p\u0159edj\u00ed\u017ed\u00edm auto &#8211; t\u00edm, \u017ee vyu\u017eiji pruh pro opa\u010dn\u00fd sm\u011br j\u00edzdy,\u201c<\/em> \u0159\u00edk\u00e1 Robert \u0160\u0165astn\u00fd. Podle Ji\u0159\u00edho Polomise z \u010desk\u00e9 organizace BESIP je tento aspekt je\u0161t\u011b d\u016fle\u017eit\u011bj\u0161\u00ed v zem\u00edch, kde nen\u00ed dostatek prostoru pro rozd\u011blen\u00ed r\u016fzn\u00fdch druh\u016f dopravy do samostatn\u00fdch drah, nap\u0159. silnice pro automobily a cyklistick\u00e9 stezky pro cyklisty.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>&#8222;Osobn\u011b se v\u017edy sna\u017e\u00edm p\u0159edjet cyklisty stejn\u00fdm zp\u016fsobem, jako p\u0159edj\u00ed\u017ed\u00edm auto &#8211; t\u00edm, \u017ee vyu\u017eiji pruh pro opa\u010dn\u00fd sm\u011br j\u00edzdy.&#8220;<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><em>&#8222;S ohledem na bezpe\u010dnost provozu v\u017edy mus\u00edm respektovat d\u016fle\u017eitost sd\u00edlen\u00e9ho prostoru. V ide\u00e1ln\u00ed situaci by bylo dobr\u00e9 si vym\u011bnit role. \u0158idi\u010di by m\u011bli sednout na kolo v m\u00edstech, kde se vyskytuj\u00ed automobily, aby zjistili, jak\u00e9 to je b\u00fdt ohro\u017eov\u00e1n proj\u00ed\u017ed\u011bj\u00edc\u00edm vozidlem,&#8220;<\/em> vysv\u011btluje Ji\u0159\u00ed Polomis. To, co pova\u017euje za nejproblemati\u010dt\u011bj\u0161\u00ed, jsou jednozna\u010dn\u011b orientovan\u00e9 skupiny &#8211; nap\u0159\u00edklad \u0159idi\u010di automobil\u016f, kte\u0159\u00ed p\u0159ev\u00e1\u017en\u011b p\u016fsob\u00ed jako \u0159idi\u010di a jen ob\u010das jako chodci v doprav\u011b, a podle toho vn\u00edmaj\u00ed prostor. Situace je podobn\u00e1 ostatn\u00edm skupin\u00e1m \u0159idi\u010d\u016f r\u016fzn\u00fdch druh\u016f dopravy. <em>&#8222;Jsou to ko\u0159eny nep\u0159\u00edzniv\u00fdch kolizn\u00edch situac\u00ed, kdy se u\u017eivatel\u00e9 silnic obvi\u0148uj\u00ed navz\u00e1jem,&#8220;<\/em> vysv\u011btluje Ji\u0159\u00ed Polomis. V\u011bt\u0161ina zem\u00ed zahrnuje ohledupln\u00e9 chov\u00e1n\u00ed do sv\u00fdch pr\u00e1vn\u00edch p\u0159edpis\u016f. Ty obvykle uv\u00e1d\u011bj\u00ed, \u017ee ka\u017ed\u00fd u\u017eivatel silnice je povinen jednat uv\u00e1\u017eliv\u011b a disciplinovan\u011b, ani\u017e by omezoval ostatn\u00ed \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edky silni\u010dn\u00edho provozu nebo ohrozil jejich bezpe\u010dnost.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Co mohou ud\u011blat cyklist\u00e9<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Zat\u00edm jsme diskutovali p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm o povinnostech \u0159idi\u010d\u016f, ale i cyklist\u00e9 mohou p\u0159isp\u011bt k snadn\u00e9mu a bezpe\u010dn\u00e9mu p\u0159edj\u00ed\u017ed\u011bn\u00ed. Podle Roberta \u0160\u0165astn\u00e9ho ze \u0160koda Auto je prvn\u00edm krit\u00e9riem dobr\u00e1 viditelnost cyklist\u016f, a to i z\u00a0v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed vzd\u00e1lenosti. Pokud si \u0159idi\u010d v\u0161imne cyklisty v\u010das, m\u016f\u017ee napl\u00e1novat sv\u016fj p\u0159edj\u00ed\u017ed\u011bj\u00edc\u00ed man\u00e9vr pe\u010dliv\u011bji oproti situaci, kdy jej zpozoruje a\u017e v posledn\u00ed chv\u00edli. \u0158idi\u010di mohou m\u00edt nasp\u011bch, pokud mus\u00ed p\u0159edjet v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed skupinu. <em>&#8222;Kdy\u017e je peloton p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 dlouh\u00fd, je vhodn\u00e9 jej rozd\u011blit na n\u011bkolik \u010d\u00e1st\u00ed a ponechat dostate\u010dn\u00fd prostor pro auto mezi nimi, aby \u0159idi\u010d mohl p\u0159eru\u0161it man\u00e9vr p\u0159edj\u00ed\u017ed\u011bn\u00ed,&#8220;<\/em> \u0159\u00edk\u00e1 Robert \u0160\u0165astn\u00fd. Pokud se auto bl\u00ed\u017e\u00ed k cyklistovi zezadu a silnice je z\u0159eteln\u011b bez p\u0159ek\u00e1\u017eek, cyklista se m\u016f\u017ee p\u0159ibl\u00ed\u017eit ke kraji. D\u00e1v\u00e1 tak \u0159idi\u010di v\u011bd\u011bt, \u017ee o n\u011bm v\u00ed a r\u00e1d mu dovol\u00ed projet. Cyklista, kter\u00fd u\u017e vid\u00ed, co se d\u011bje v zat\u00e1\u010dce, m\u016f\u017ee signalizovat \u0159idi\u010di za sebou, \u017ee se nebl\u00ed\u017e\u00ed \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e1 auta z\u00a0protism\u011bru a je bezpe\u010dn\u00e9 p\u0159edj\u00ed\u017ed\u011bt. Je to ot\u00e1zka velmi k\u0159ehk\u00e9 d\u016fv\u011bry.
