Pra\u017esk\u00e1 jog\u00ednka se rozpov\u00eddala o v\u00fdznamu propojen\u00ed t\u011bla a mysli, p\u0159\u00ednosu j\u00f3gy na regenera\u010dn\u00ed proces a pro\u010d by si m\u011bl ka\u017ed\u00fd jezdec \u010das od \u010dasu po\u0159\u00e1dn\u011b prot\u00e1hnout p\u00e1te\u0159.<\/p>\n<p>\u201eV\u017edy jsem \u017eila hodn\u011b aktivn\u011b. Odmala jsem ly\u017eovala, b\u011bhala, jezdila na kole, hodn\u011b jsem se v\u011bnovala akrobacii. J\u00f3ga mi vstoupila do \u017eivota p\u0159ed \u0161esti lety v podob\u011b bikram j\u00f3gy (cvi\u010d\u00ed se p\u0159i teplot\u011b 40 \u00b0C). Rychle jsem si intenzitu cvi\u010den\u00ed zamilovala a z\u00e1hy jsem chodila \u010dty\u0159ikr\u00e1t t\u00fddn\u011b. Zanedlouho jsem ale za\u010dala c\u00edtit, jako by mi n\u011bco chyb\u011blo, a za\u010dala jsem experimentovat s dal\u0161\u00edmi typy j\u00f3gy. P\u0159itom je v n\u00ed obrovsk\u00fd potenci\u00e1l na zlep\u0161en\u00ed v\u00fdkonu ve v\u0161ech fyzick\u00fdch ohledech. Zprvu jsem k j\u00f3ze p\u0159istupovala stejn\u011b jako ke v\u0161em ostatn\u00edm sport\u016fm, cht\u011bla jsem zes\u00edlit a zlep\u0161it vytrvalost. Rychle jsem ale zjistila, \u017ee mohu dostat mnohem v\u00edc. Jen z\u0159\u00eddka se dok\u00e1\u017eeme pln\u011b naladit a uv\u011bdomit si, co na\u0161e t\u011blo vlastn\u011b d\u011bl\u00e1, jak se c\u00edt\u00edme v r\u016fzn\u00fdch pozic\u00edch a jak n\u00e1s to ovliv\u0148uje ment\u00e1ln\u011b a emocion\u00e1ln\u011b. Pr\u00e1v\u011b to j\u00f3ga umo\u017e\u0148uje,&#8220; vysv\u011btluje Tereza Velhartick\u00e1, jak se j\u00f3ga dopl\u0148uje s a(na)erobn\u00edmi aktivitami jako je cyklistika. \u201ePom\u00e1h\u00e1 cyklist\u016fm hlavn\u011b ve t\u0159ech oblastech. V pru\u017enosti, budov\u00e1n\u00ed s\u00edly a zlep\u0161ov\u00e1n\u00ed techniky d\u00fdch\u00e1n\u00ed.&#8220;<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Pru\u017enost<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Pokud pravideln\u011b tr\u00e1v\u00edte v\u00a0sedle dlouh\u00e9 hodiny, je nutn\u00e9 zam\u011b\u0159it se na prota\u017een\u00ed a pracovat na pru\u017enosti. Po tak dlouh\u00e9 dob\u011b ve shrben\u00e9 pozici si va\u0161e ramena, krk, hrudn\u00edk a flexory ky\u010dle zaslou\u017e\u00ed pat\u0159i\u010dnou pozornost. Pr\u00e1v\u011b tohle jsou \u010d\u00e1sti t\u011bla, na kter\u00e9 se j\u00f3ga zam\u011b\u0159uje.
